Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:111

إِنَّهُۥ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

innahu min ʿibādinā l-muʾminīna

For he was one of our believing Servants.

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:112

وَبَشَّرْنَٰهُ بِإِسْحَٰقَ نَبِيًّا مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

wa-bashsharnāhu bi-iṣḥāqa nabiyyan mina l-ṣāliḥīna

And We gave him the good news of Isaac - a prophet,- one of the Righteous.

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:113

وَبَٰرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰٓ إِسْحَٰقَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌ وَظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهِۦ مُبِينٌ

wa-bāraknā ʿalayhi wa-ʿala isḥāqa wa-min dhurrīyatihimā muḥsinun wa-ẓālimun li-nafsihi mubīnun

We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls.

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:114

وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

wa-la-qad manannā ʿalā mūsā wa-hārūna

Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron,

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:115

وَنَجَّيْنَٰهُمَا وَقَوْمَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلْكَرْبِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

wa-najjaynāhumā wa-qawmahumā mina l-karbi l-ʿaẓīmi

And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity;

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:116

وَنَصَرْنَٰهُمْ فَكَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ

wa-naṣarnāhum fakānū humu l-ghālibīna

And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles);

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:117

وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُمَا ٱلْكِتَٰبَ ٱلْمُسْتَبِينَ

wa-ātaynāhumā l-kitāba l-mustabīna

And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear;
