Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:30

قَالُوا۟ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

qālū ka-dhāliki qalā rabbuki innahu huwa l-ḥakīmu l-ʿalīmu

They said, "Even so has thy Lord spoken: and He is full of Wisdom and Knowledge."

Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:31

قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ

qalā fa-mā khaṭbukum ayyuhā l-mursalūna

(Abraham) said: "And what, O ye Messengers, is your errand (now)?"

Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:32

قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ

qālū innā ursilnā ilā qawmin mujrimīna

They said, "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin;-

Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:33

لِنُرْسِلَ عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن طِينٍ

li-nursila ʿalayhim ḥijāratan min ṭīnin

"To bring on, on them, (a shower of) stones of clay (brimstone),

Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:34

مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ

musawwamatan ʿinda rabbika lil-musrifīna

"Marked as from thy Lord for those who trespass beyond bounds."

Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:35

فَأَخْرَجْنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

fa-akhrajnā man kāna fīhā mina l-muʾminīna

Then We evacuated those of the Believers who were there,

Sura al-Dhāriyāt 51:36

فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهَا غَيْرَ بَيْتٍ مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ

fa-mā wajadnā fīhā ghayra baytin mina l-muslimīna

But We found not there any just (Muslim) persons except in one house:
