Sura al-Burūj 85:4

قُتِلَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْأُخْدُودِ

qutila aṣḥābu l-ukhdūdi

Woe to the makers of the pit (of fire),

Sura al-Burūj 85:5

ٱلنَّارِ ذَاتِ ٱلْوَقُودِ

l-nāri dhāti l-waqūdi

Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel:

Sura al-Burūj 85:6

إِذْ هُمْ عَلَيْهَا قُعُودٌ

idh hum ʿalayhā quʿūdun

Behold! they sat over against the (fire),

Sura al-Burūj 85:7

وَهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ شُهُودٌ

wa-hum ʿalā mā yafʿalūna bil-muʾminīna shuhūdun

And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers.

Sura al-Burūj 85:8

وَمَا نَقَمُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّـهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَمِيدِ

wa-mā naqamū minhum illā an yuʾminū billāhi l-ʿazīzi l-ḥamīdi

And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise!-

Sura al-Burūj 85:9

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱللَّـهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

alladhī lahu mulku l-samāwāti wa-l-arḍi wallāhu ʿalā kulli shayʾin shahīdun

Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things.

Sura al-Burūj 85:10

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا۟ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا۟ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ ٱلْحَرِيقِ

inna lladhīna fatanū l-muʾminīna wa-l-muʾmināti thumma lam yatūbū fa-lahum ʿadhābu jahannama wa-lahum ʿadhābu l-ḥarīqi

Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire.
