Sura al-Zalzalah 99:2

وَأَخْرَجَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ أَثْقَالَهَا

wa-akhrajati l-arḍu athqālahā

And the earth throws up her burdens (from within),

Sura al-Zalzalah 99:3

وَقَالَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا لَهَا

wa-qāla l-insānu mā lahā

And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'-

Sura al-Zalzalah 99:4

يَوْمَئِذٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَارَهَا

yawmaʾidhin tuḥaddithu akhbārahā

On that Day will she declare her tidings:

Sura al-Zalzalah 99:5

بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا

bi-anna rabbaka awḥā lahā

For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration.

Sura al-Zalzalah 99:6

يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصْدُرُ ٱلنَّاسُ أَشْتَاتًا لِّيُرَوْا۟ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ

yawmaʾidhin yaṣduru l-nāsu ashtātan li-yuraw aʿmālahum

On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done).

Sura al-Zalzalah 99:7

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُۥ

fa-man yaʿmal mithqāla dharratin khayran yarahu

Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it!

Sura al-Zalzalah 99:8

وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُۥ

wa-man yaʿmal mithqāla dharratin sharran yarahu

And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it.
