Surah 15 al-Ḥijr (The Rocky Tract)

(15:48)    | لَا يَمَسُّهُمْ فِيهَا نَصَبٌ وَمَا هُم مِّنْهَا بِمُخْرَجِينَ | lā yamassuhum fīhā naṣabun wa‑mā hum minhā bi‑mukhrajīna | There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they
(ever) be asked to leave.
Sura al-Ḥijr 15:48 لَا يَمَسُّهُمْ فِيهَا نَصَبٌ وَمَا هُم مِّنْهَا بِمُخْرَجِينَ lā yamassuhum fīhā naṣabun wa-mā hum minhā bi-mukhrajīna There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave. |
| (15:54) | قَالَ أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِى عَلَىٰٓ أَن مَّسَّنِىَ ٱلْكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ | qalā a‑bashshartumūnī ʿala an massanīa l‑kibaru fabima tubashshirūna | He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized
me? Of what, then, is your good news?"
Sura al-Ḥijr 15:54 قَالَ أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِى عَلَىٰٓ أَن مَّسَّنِىَ ٱلْكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ qalā a-bashshartumūnī ʿala an massanīa l-kibaru fabima tubashshirūna He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" |
