Sura al-Baqara 2:286

لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّـهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا ٱكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ إِن نَّسِينَآ أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَآ إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِۦ وَٱعْفُ عَنَّا وَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا وَٱرْحَمْنَآ أَنتَ مَوْلَىٰنَا فَٱنصُرْنَا عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

lā yukallifu allāhu nafsan illā wusʿahā lahā mā kasabat wa-ʿalayhā mā aktasabat rabbanā lā tuʾākhidhnā in nasīnā aw akhṭanā rabbanā wa-lā taḥmil ʿalaynā iṣran ka-mā ḥamaltahu ʿalā lladhīna min qablinā rabbanā wa-lā tuḥammilnā mā lā ṭāqata la-nā bihi wa-aʿfu ʿannā wa-aghfir la-nā wa-arḥamnā anta mawlanā fa-anṣurnā ʿalā l-qawmi l-kāfirīna

On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) "Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith."

Sura Āl-ʿImrān 3:150

بَلِ ٱللَّـهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلنَّٰصِرِينَ

bali allāhu mawlakum wa-huwa khayru l-nāṣirīna

Nay, Allah is your protector, and He is the best of helpers.

Sura al-Anʿām 6:62

ثُمَّ رُدُّوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّـهِ مَوْلَىٰهُمُ ٱلْحَقِّ أَلَا لَهُ ٱلْحُكْمُ وَهُوَ أَسْرَعُ ٱلْحَٰسِبِينَ

thumma ruddū ilā allāhi mawlahumu l-ḥaqqi āla lahu l-ḥukmu wa-huwa asraʿu l-ḥāsibīna

Then are men returned unto Allah, their protector, the (only) reality: Is not His the command? and He is the swiftest in taking account.

Sura al-Anfāl 8:40

وَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ نِعْمَ ٱلْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ ٱلنَّصِيرُ

wa-in tawallaw fa-iʿlamū annā allāha mawlakum niʿma l-mawlā wa-niʿma l-naṣīru

If they refuse, be sure that Allah is your Protector - the best to protect and the best to help.

Sura al-Tawbah 9:51

قُل لَّن يُصِيبَنَآ إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّـهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَىٰنَا وَعَلَى ٱللَّـهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

qul lan yuṣībanā illā mā kataba allāhu la-nā huwa mawlanā wa-ʿala allāhi fa-l-yatawakkali l-muʾminūna

Say: "Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us: He is our protector": and on Allah let the Believers put their trust.

Sura Yūnus 10:30

هُنَالِكَ تَبْلُوا۟ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّآ أَسْلَفَتْ وَرُدُّوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّـهِ مَوْلَىٰهُمُ ٱلْحَقِّ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ

hunālika tablū kullu nafsin mā aslafat wa-ruddū ilā allāhi mawlahumu l-ḥaqqi wa-ḍalla ʿanhum mā kānū yaftarūna

There will every soul prove (the fruits of) the deeds it sent before: they will be brought back to Allah their rightful Lord, and their invented falsehoods will leave them in the lurch.

Sura al-Naḥl 16:76

وَضَرَبَ ٱللَّـهُ مَثَلًا رَّجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَبْكَمُ لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَىٰ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ كَلٌّ عَلَىٰ مَوْلَىٰهُ أَيْنَمَا يُوَجِّههُّ لَا يَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ هَلْ يَسْتَوِى هُوَ وَمَن يَأْمُرُ بِٱلْعَدْلِ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

wa-ḍaraba allāhu mathalan rrajulayni aḥaduhumā abkamu lā yaqdiru ʿalā shayʾin wa-huwa kallun ʿalā mawlāhu aynamā yūajjihhhu lā yaʾti bi-khayrin hal yastawī huwa wa-man yaʾmuru bil-ʿadli wa-huwa ʿalā ṣirāṭin mustaqīmin

Allah sets forth (another) Parable of two men: one of them dumb, with no power of any sort; a wearisome burden is he to his master; whichever way be directs him, he brings no good: is such a man equal with one who commands Justice, and is on a Straight Way?

Sura al-Ḥajj 22:13

يَدْعُوا۟ لَمَن ضَرُّهُۥٓ أَقْرَبُ مِن نَّفْعِهِۦ لَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَوْلَىٰ وَلَبِئْسَ ٱلْعَشِيرُ

yadʿū laman ḍarruhu aqrabu min nnafʿihi la-biʾsa l-mawlā wa-la-biʾsa l-ʿashīru

(Perhaps) they call on one whose hurt is nearer than his profit: evil, indeed, is the patron, and evil the companion (or help)!

Sura al-Ḥajj 22:78

وَجَٰهِدُوا۟ فِى ٱللَّـهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِۦ هُوَ ٱجْتَبَىٰكُمْ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ مِّلَّةَ أَبِيكُمْ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ هُوَ سَمَّىٰكُمُ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ مِن قَبْلُ وَفِى هَٰذَا لِيَكُونَ ٱلرَّسُولُ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا۟ شُهَدَآءَ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ فَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱعْتَصِمُوا۟ بِٱللَّـهِ هُوَ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ فَنِعْمَ ٱلْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ ٱلنَّصِيرُ

wa-jāhidū fī allāhi ḥaqqa jihādihi huwa ijtabākum wa-mā jaʿala ʿalaykum fī l-dīni min ḥarajin millata abīkum ibrāhīma huwa sammakumu l-muslimīna min qablu wa-fī hādhā li-yakūna l-rasūlu shahīdan ʿalaykum wa-takūnū shuhadāʾa ʿalā l-nāsi fa-aqīmū l-ṣalāta wa-ātū l-zakāta wa-iʿtaṣimū billāhi huwa mawlakum fa-niʿma l-mawlā wa-niʿma l-naṣīru

And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive, (with sincerity and under discipline). He has chosen you, and has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you Muslims, both before and in this (Revelation); that the Messenger may be a witness for you, and ye be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer, give regular Charity, and hold fast to Allah! He is your Protector - the Best to protect and the Best to help!

Sura al-Dukhān 44:41

يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِى مَوْلًى عَن مَّوْلًى شَيْـًٔا وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ

yawma lā yughnī mawlan ʿan mawlan shayʾan wa-lā hum yunṣarūna

The Day when no protector can avail his client in aught, and no help can they receive,

Sura Muḥammad 47:11

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ مَوْلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَأَنَّ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ

dhālika bi-anna allāha mawlā lladhīna āmanū wa-anna l-kāfirīna lā mawlā lahum

That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, but those who reject Allah have no protector.

Sura al-Ḥadīd 57:15

فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنكُمْ فِدْيَةٌ وَلَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ هِىَ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ

fa-l-yawma lā yuʾkhadhu minkum fidyatun wa-lā mina lladhīna kafarū mawakumu l-nāru hiya mawlakum wa-bisa l-maṣīru

"This Day shall no ransom be accepted of you, nor of those who rejected Allah." Your abode is the Fire: that is the proper place to claim you: and an evil refuge it is!"

Sura al-Taḥrīm 66:2

قَدْ فَرَضَ ٱللَّـهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَٰنِكُمْ وَٱللَّـهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

qad faraḍa allāhu la-kum taḥillata aymānikum wallāhu mawlakum wa-huwa l-ʿalīmu l-ḥakīmu

Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths (in some cases): and Allah is your Protector, and He is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.

Sura al-Taḥrīm 66:4

إِن تَتُوبَآ إِلَى ٱللَّـهِ فَقَدْ صَغَتْ قُلُوبُكُمَا وَإِن تَظَٰهَرَا عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ هُوَ مَوْلَىٰهُ وَجِبْرِيلُ وَصَٰلِحُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ ظَهِيرٌ

in tatūbā ilā allāhi fa-qad ṣaghat qulūbukumā wa-in taẓāharā ʿalayhi fa-inna allāha huwa mawlāhu wa-jibrīlu wa-ṣāliḥu l-muʾminīna wa-l-malāʾikatu baʿda dhālika ẓahīrun

If ye two turn in repentance to Him, your hearts are indeed so inclined; But if ye back up each other against him, truly Allah is his Protector, and Gabriel, and (every) righteous one among those who believe,- and furthermore, the angels - will back (him) up.
