Surah 32 al-Sajdah (The Adoration)

(32:5)    | يُدَبِّرُ ٱلْأَمْرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥٓ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ | yudabbiru l‑amra mina l‑samāʾi ilā l‑arḍi thumma yaʿruju ilayhi fī yawmin kāna miqdāruhu alfa sanatin mimmā taʿuddūna | He rules (all) affairs from the heavens to the earth: in the
end will (all affairs) go up to Him, on a Day, the space whereof will be
(as) a thousand years of your reckoning.
