Sura al-Baqara 2:186

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ

wa-idhā saʾalaka ʿibādī ʿannī fa-innī qarībun ujību daʿwata l-dāʿi idhā daʿāni fa-l-yastajībū lī wa-l-yuʾminū bī la-ʿallahum yarshudūna

When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way.

Sura al-Māʾidah 5:109

يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُ ٱللَّـهُ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَآ أُجِبْتُمْ قَالُوا۟ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ عَلَّٰمُ ٱلْغُيُوبِ

yawma yajmaʿu allāhu l-rusula fa-yaqūlu mādhā ujibtum qālū lā ʿilma lanā innaka anta ʿallāmu l-ghuyūbi

One day will Allah gather the messengers together, and ask: "What was the response ye received (from men to your teaching)?" They will say: "We have no knowledge: it is Thou Who knowest in full all that is hidden."

Sura Yūnus 10:89

قَالَ قَدْ أُجِيبَت دَّعْوَتُكُمَا فَٱسْتَقِيمَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعَآنِّ سَبِيلَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

qalā qad ujībat daʿwatukumā fastaqīmā wa-lā tattabiʿānni sabīla lladhīna lā yaʿlamūna

Allah said: "Accepted is your prayer (O Moses and Aaron)! So stand ye straight, and follow not the path of those who know not."

Sura Ibrāhīm 14:44

وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرْنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُوٓا۟ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ

wa-andhiri l-nāsa yawma yaʾtīhimu l-ʿadhābu fa-yaqūlu lladhīna ẓalamū rabbanā akhkhirnā ila ajalin qarībin nnujib daʿwataka wa-nattabiʿi l-rusula a-wa-lam takūnū aqsamtum min qablu mā la-kum min zawālin

So warn mankind of the Day when the Wrath will reach them: then will the wrong-doers say: "Our Lord! respite us (if only) for a short term: we will answer Thy call, and follow the messengers!" "What! were ye not wont to swear aforetime that ye should suffer no decline?

Sura al-Naml 27:62

أَمَّن يُجِيبُ ٱلْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَآءَ ٱلْأَرْضِ أَءِلَٰهٌ مَّعَ ٱللَّـهِ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ

a-man yujību l-muḍṭarra idhā daʿāhu wa-yakshifu l-sūa wa-yajʿalukum khulafāʾa l-arḍi a-ilāhun maʿa allāhi qalīlan mā tadhakkarūna

Or, Who listens to the (soul) distressed when it calls on Him, and Who relieves its suffering, and makes you (mankind) inheritors of the earth? (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Little it is that ye heed!

Sura al-Qaṣaṣ 28:65

وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَآ أَجَبْتُمُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

wa-yawma yunādīhim fa-yaqūlu mādhā ajabtumu l-mursalīna

That Day (Allah) will call to them, and say: "What was the answer ye gave to the messengers?"

Sura al-Aḥqāf 46:31

يَٰقَوْمَنَآ أَجِيبُوا۟ دَاعِىَ ٱللَّـهِ وَءَامِنُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَغْفِرْ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُجِرْكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

yā-qawmanā ajībū dāʿiya allāhi wa-āminū bihi yaghfir la-kum min dhunūbikum wa-yujirkum min ʿadhābin alīmin

"O our people, hearken to the one who invites (you) to Allah, and believe in him: He will forgive you your faults, and deliver you from a Penalty Grievous.

Sura al-Aḥqāf 46:32

وَمَن لَّا يُجِبْ دَاعِىَ ٱللَّـهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءُ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ

wa-man lā yujib dāʿiya allāhi fa-laysa bi-muʿjizin fī l-arḍi wa-laysa lahu min dūnihi awliyāʾu ulāʾika fī ḍalālin mubīnin

"If any does not hearken to the one who invites (us) to Allah, he cannot frustrate (Allah's Plan) on earth, and no protectors can he have besides Allah: such men (wander) in manifest error."
