Sura Hūd 11:1

الٓر كِتَٰبٌ أُحْكِمَتْ ءَايَٰتُهُۥ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ

alif-lām-rāʾ kitābun uḥkimat āyātuhu thumma fuṣṣilat min lladun ḥakīmin khabīrin

A. L. R. (This is) a Book, with verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning), further explained in detail,- from One Who is Wise and Well-acquainted (with all things):

Sura al-Zumar 39:46

قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ عَٰلِمَ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ أَنتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِى مَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ

quli l-lahumma fāṭira l-samāwāti wa-l-arḍi ʿālima l-ghaybi wa-l-shahādati anta taḥkumu bayna ʿibādika fī mā kānū fīhi yakhtalifūna

Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! Knower of all that is hidden and open! it is Thou that wilt judge between Thy Servants in those matters about which they have differed."
