Sura al-Naml 27:21

لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُۥ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَا۟ذْبَحَنَّهُۥٓ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّى بِسُلْطَٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ

la-uʿadhdhibannahu ʿadhāban shadīdan aw la-ādhbaḥannahu aw la-yaʾtiyannī bi-sulṭānin mubīnin

"I will certainly punish him with a severe penalty, or execute him, unless he bring me a clear reason (for absence)."

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:102

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعْىَ قَالَ يَٰبُنَىَّ إِنِّىٓ أَرَىٰ فِى ٱلْمَنَامِ أَنِّىٓ أَذْبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَىٰ قَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ ٱفْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ سَتَجِدُنِىٓ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّـهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ

fa-lammā balagha maʿahu l-saʿya qalā yā-bunayya innī ara fī l-manāmi annī adhbaḥuka fa-inẓur mādhā tara qalā yā-abati ifʿal mā tuʾmaru sa-tajidunī in shāʾa allāhu mina l-ṣābirīna

Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!"
