وَإِذْ  نَجَّيْنَٰكُم  مِّنْ  ءَالِ  فِرْعَوْنَ  يَسُومُونَكُمْ  سُوٓءَ  ٱلْعَذَابِ  يُذَبِّحُونَ  أَبْنَآءَكُمْ  وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ  نِسَآءَكُمْ  وَفِى  ذَٰلِكُم  بَلَآءٌ  مِّن  رَّبِّكُمْ  عَظِيمٌ wa‑idh najjaynākum min āli firʿawna yasūmūnakum suʾa l‑ʿadhābi yudhabbiḥūna abnāʾakum wa‑yastaḥyūna nisāʾakum wa‑fī dhālikum balāʾun min rabbikum ʿaẓīmun

وَإِذْ  قَالَ  مُوسَىٰ  لِقَوْمِهِ  ٱذْكُرُوا۟  نِعْمَةَ  ٱللَّـهِ  عَلَيْكُمْ  إِذْ  أَنجَىٰكُم  مِّنْ  ءَالِ  فِرْعَوْنَ  يَسُومُونَكُمْ  سُوٓءَ  ٱلْعَذَابِ  وَيُذَبِّحُونَ  أَبْنَآءَكُمْ  وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ  نِسَآءَكُمْ  وَفِى  ذَٰلِكُم  بَلَآءٌ  مِّن  رَّبِّكُمْ  عَظِيمٌ wa‑idh qalā mūsā li‑qawmihi idhkurū niʿmata allāhi ʿalaykum idh anjakum min āli firʿawna yasūmūnakum suʾa l‑ʿadhābi wa‑yudhabbiḥūna abnāʾakum wa‑yastaḥyūna nisāʾakum wa‑fī dhālikum balāʾun min rabbikum ʿaẓīmun
Remember! Moses said to his people: "Call to mind the favour of Allah to you when He delivered you from the people of Pharaoh: they set you hard tasks and punishments, slaughtered your sons, and let your women-folk live: therein was a tremendous trial from your Lord."

Surah 28 al-Qaṣaṣ (The Narrative)
(28:4)

إِنَّ  فِرْعَوْنَ  عَلَا  فِى  ٱلْأَرْضِ  وَجَعَلَ  أَهْلَهَا  شِيَعًا  يَسْتَضْعِفُ  طَآئِفَةً  مِّنْهُمْ  يُذَبِّحُ  أَبْنَآءَهُمْ  وَيَسْتَحْىِۦ  نِسَآءَهُمْ  إِنَّهُۥ  كَانَ  مِنَ  ٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ inna firʿawna ʿalā l‑arḍi wa‑jaʿala ahlahā shiyaʿan yastaḍʿifu ṭāʾifatan minhum yudhabbiḥu abnāʾahum wa‑yastaḥyi nisāʾahum innahu kāna mina l‑mufsidīna
Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections, depressing a small group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief.
