Sura Hūd 11:91

قَالُوا۟ يَٰشُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَىٰكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا وَلَوْلَا رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَٰكَ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ

qālū yā-shuʿaybu mā nafqahu kathīran mimmā taqūlu wa-innā la-narāka fīnā ḍaʿīfan wa-lawlā rahṭuka la-rajamnāka wa-mā anta ʿalaynā bi-ʿazīzin

They said: "O Shu'aib! much of what thou sayest we do not understand! In fact among us we see that thou hast no strength! Were it not for thy family, we should certainly have stoned thee! for thou hast among us no great position!"

Sura al-Kahf 18:20

إِنَّهُمْ إِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ يَرْجُمُوكُمْ أَوْ يُعِيدُوكُمْ فِى مِلَّتِهِمْ وَلَن تُفْلِحُوٓا۟ إِذًا أَبَدًا

innahum in yaẓharū ʿalaykum yarjumūkum aw yuʿīdūkum fī millatihim wa-lan tufliḥū idhan abadan

"For if they should come upon you, they would stone you or force you to return to their cult, and in that case ye would never attain prosperity."

Sura Yā Sin 36:18

قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا تَطَيَّرْنَا بِكُمْ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهُوا۟ لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

qālū innā taṭayyarnā bikum lain lam tantahū la-narjumannakum wa-la-yamassannakum minnā ʿadhābun alīmun

The (people) said: "for us, we augur an evil omen from you: if ye desist not, we will certainly stone you. And a grievous punishment indeed will be inflicted on you by us."

Sura al-Dukhān 44:20

وَإِنِّى عُذْتُ بِرَبِّى وَرَبِّكُمْ أَن تَرْجُمُونِ

wa-innī ʿudhtu bi-rabbī wa-rabbikum an tarjumūni

"For me, I have sought safety with my Lord and your Lord, against your injuring me.
