Surah 2 al-Baqara (The Cow)
RefArabic    TransliterationTranslation
(2:120)

وَلَن  تَرْضَىٰ  عَنكَ  ٱلْيَهُودُ  وَلَا  ٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ  حَتَّىٰ  تَتَّبِعَ  مِلَّتَهُمْ  قُلْ  إِنَّ  هُدَى  ٱللَّـهِ  هُوَ  ٱلْهُدَىٰ  وَلَئِنِ  ٱتَّبَعْتَ  أَهْوَآءَهُم  بَعْدَ  ٱلَّذِى  جَآءَكَ  مِنَ  ٱلْعِلْمِ  مَا  لَكَ  مِنَ  ٱللَّـهِ  مِن  وَلِىٍّ  وَلَا  نَصِيرٍ wa‑lan tarḍā ʿanka l‑yahūdu wa‑lā l‑naṣārā ḥattā tattabiʿa millatahum qul inna huda allāhi huwa l‑hudā wa‑laʾini ittabaʿta ahwāʾahum baʿda alladhī jāʾaka mina l‑ʿilmi la‑ka mina allāhi min waliyyin wa‑lā naṣīrin
Never will the Jews or the Christians be satisfied with thee unless thou follow their form of religion. Say: "The Guidance of Allah,-that is the (only) Guidance." Wert thou to follow their desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither Protector nor helper against Allah.
(2:144)

We see the turning of thy face (for guidance to the heavens: now Shall We turn thee to a Qibla that shall please thee. Turn then Thy face in the direction of the sacred Mosque: Wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction. The people of the Book know well that that is the truth from their Lord. Nor is Allah unmindful of what they do.

When ye divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), do not prevent them from marrying their (former) husbands, if they mutually agree on equitable terms. This instruction is for all amongst you, who believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is (the course Making for) most virtue and purity amongst you and Allah knows, and ye know not.

O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing Let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties: let not the scribe refuse to write: as Allah Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord Allah, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If the party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). Disdain not to reduce to writing (your contract) for a future period, whether it be small or big: it is juster in the sight of Allah, More suitable as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves but if it be a transaction which ye carry out on the spot among yourselves, there is no blame on you if ye reduce it not to writing. But take witness whenever ye make a commercial contract; and let neither scribe nor witness suffer harm. If ye do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So fear Allah; For it is Allah that teaches you. And Allah is well acquainted with all things.

Surah 4 al-Nisāʾ (The Women)
(4:24)

وَٱلْمُحْصَنَٰتُ  مِنَ  ٱلنِّسَآءِ  إِلَّا  مَا  مَلَكَتْ  أَيْمَٰنُكُمْ  كِتَٰبَ  ٱللَّـهِ  عَلَيْكُمْ  وَأُحِلَّ  لَكُم  مَّا  وَرَآءَ  ذَٰلِكُمْ  أَن  تَبْتَغُوا۟  بِأَمْوَٰلِكُم  مُّحْصِنِينَ  غَيْرَ  مُسَٰفِحِينَ  فَمَا  ٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم  بِهِۦ  مِنْهُنَّ  فَـَٔاتُوهُنَّ  أُجُورَهُنَّ  فَرِيضَةً  وَلَا  جُنَاحَ  عَلَيْكُمْ  فِيمَا  تَرَٰضَيْتُم  بِهِۦ  مِنۢ  بَعْدِ  ٱلْفَرِيضَةِ  إِنَّ  ٱللَّـهَ  كَانَ  عَلِيمًا  حَكِيمًا wa‑l‑muḥṣanātu mina l‑nisāʾi illā malakat aymānukum kitāba allāhi ʿalaykum wa‑uḥilla la‑kum wa‑rāʾa dhālikum an tabtaghū bi‑amwālikum muḥṣinīna ghayra musāfiḥīna fa‑mā istamataʿtum bihi minhunna fa‑ātūhunna ujūrahunna farīḍatan wa‑lā junāḥa ʿalaykum fī‑mā tarāḍaytum bihi min baʿdi l‑farīḍati inna allāha kāna ʿalīman ḥakīman
Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.
(4:108)

They may hide (Their crimes) from men, but they cannot hide (Them) from Allah, seeing that He is in their midst when they plot by night, in words that He cannot approve: And Allah Doth compass round all that they do.

Surah 5 al-Māʾidah (The Table Spread)
(5:3)

Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah; that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, Allah is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
(5:119)

Surah 6 al-Anʿām (The Cattle)
(6:113)

To such (deceit) let the hearts of those incline, who have no faith in the hereafter: let them delight in it, and let them earn from it what they may.

Surah 9 al-Tawbah (Repentance)
(9:8)

كَيْفَ  وَإِن  يَظْهَرُوا۟  عَلَيْكُمْ  لَا  يَرْقُبُوا۟  فِيكُمْ  إِلًّا  وَلَا  ذِمَّةً  يُرْضُونَكُم  بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ  وَتَأْبَىٰ  قُلُوبُهُمْ  وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ  فَٰسِقُونَ kayfa wa‑in yaẓharū ʿalaykum yarqubū fīkum illan wa‑lā dhimmatan yurḍūnakum bi‑afwāhihim wa‑taba qulūbuhum wa‑aktharuhum fāsiqūna
How (can there be such a league), seeing that if they get an advantage over you, they respect not in you the ties either of kinship or of covenant? With (fair words from) their mouths they entice you, but their hearts are averse from you; and most of them are rebellious and wicked.
(9:24)

Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than Allah, or His Messenger, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the rebellious.
(9:38)

O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter.
(9:58)

وَمِنْهُم  مَّن  يَلْمِزُكَ  فِى  ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ  فَإِنْ  أُعْطُوا۟  مِنْهَا  رَضُوا۟  وَإِن  لَّمْ  يُعْطَوْا۟  مِنْهَآ  إِذَا  هُمْ  يَسْخَطُونَ wa‑minhum man yalmizuka l‑ṣadaqāti fa‑in uʿṭū minhā raḍū wa‑in lam yuʿṭaw minhā idhā hum yaskhaṭūna
And among them are men who slander thee in the matter of (the distribution of) the alms: if they are given part thereof, they are pleased, but if not, behold! they are indignant!
(9:59)

If only they had been content with what Allah and His Messenger gave them, and had said, "Sufficient unto us is Allah! Allah and His Messenger will soon give us of His bounty: to Allah do we turn our hopes!" (that would have been the right course).
(9:62)

يَحْلِفُونَ  بِٱللَّـهِ  لَكُمْ  لِيُرْضُوكُمْ  وَٱللَّـهُ  وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ  أَحَقُّ  أَن  يُرْضُوهُ  إِن  كَانُوا۟  مُؤْمِنِينَ yaḥlifūna billāhi la‑kum li‑yurḍūkum wallāhu wa‑rasūluhu aḥaqqu an yurḍūhu in kānū muminīna
To you they swear by Allah. In order to please you: But it is more fitting that they should please Allah and His Messenger, if they are Believers.
(9:83)

فَإِن  رَّجَعَكَ  ٱللَّـهُ  إِلَىٰ  طَآئِفَةٍ  مِّنْهُمْ  فَٱسْتَـْٔذَنُوكَ  لِلْخُرُوجِ  فَقُل  لَّن  تَخْرُجُوا۟  مَعِىَ  أَبَدًا  وَلَن  تُقَٰتِلُوا۟  مَعِىَ  عَدُوًّا  إِنَّكُمْ  رَضِيتُم  بِٱلْقُعُودِ  أَوَّلَ  مَرَّةٍ  فَٱقْعُدُوا۟  مَعَ  ٱلْخَٰلِفِينَ fa‑in rrajaʿaka allāhu ilā ṭāʾifatin minhum fa‑istadhanūka lil‑khurūji faqul lan takhrujū maʿiya abadan wa‑lan tuqātilū maʿiya ʿadūwan innakum raḍītum bil‑quʿūdi awwala marratin fa‑iqʿudū maʿa l‑khālifīna
If, then, Allah bring thee back to any of them, and they ask thy permission to come out (with thee), say: "Never shall ye come out with me, nor fight an enemy with me: for ye preferred to sit inactive on the first occasion: Then sit ye (now) with those who lag behind."
(9:87)

رَضُوا۟  بِأَن  يَكُونُوا۟  مَعَ  ٱلْخَوَالِفِ  وَطُبِعَ  عَلَىٰ  قُلُوبِهِمْ  فَهُمْ  لَا  يَفْقَهُونَ raḍū bi‑an yakūnū maʿa l‑khawālifi wa‑ṭubiʿa ʿalā qulūbihim fa‑hum yafqahūna
They prefer to be with (the women), who remain behind (at home): their hearts are sealed and so they understand not.
(9:93)

إِنَّمَا  ٱلسَّبِيلُ  عَلَى  ٱلَّذِينَ  يَسْتَـْٔذِنُونَكَ  وَهُمْ  أَغْنِيَآءُ  رَضُوا۟  بِأَن  يَكُونُوا۟  مَعَ  ٱلْخَوَالِفِ  وَطَبَعَ  ٱللَّـهُ  عَلَىٰ  قُلُوبِهِمْ  فَهُمْ  لَا  يَعْلَمُونَ innamā l‑sabīlu ʿalā lladhīna yastaʾdhinūnaka wa‑hum aghniyāʾu raḍū bi‑an yakūnū maʿa l‑khawālifi wa‑ṭabaʿa allāhu ʿalā qulūbihim fa‑hum yaʿlamūna
The ground (of complaint) is against such as claim exemption while they are rich. They prefer to stay with the (women) who remain behind: Allah hath sealed their hearts; so they know not (What they miss).
(9:96)

يَحْلِفُونَ  لَكُمْ  لِتَرْضَوْا۟  عَنْهُمْ  فَإِن  تَرْضَوْا۟  عَنْهُمْ  فَإِنَّ  ٱللَّـهَ  لَا  يَرْضَىٰ  عَنِ  ٱلْقَوْمِ  ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ yaḥlifūna la‑kum litarḍaw ʿanhum fa‑in tarḍaw ʿanhum fa‑inna allāha yarḍā ʿani l‑qawmi l‑fāsiqīna
They will swear unto you, that ye may be pleased with them but if ye are pleased with them, Allah is not pleased with those who disobey.
(9:100)

وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ  ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ  مِنَ  ٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ  وَٱلْأَنصَارِ  وَٱلَّذِينَ  ٱتَّبَعُوهُم  بِإِحْسَٰنٍ  رَّضِىَ  ٱللَّـهُ  عَنْهُمْ  وَرَضُوا۟  عَنْهُ  وَأَعَدَّ  لَهُمْ  جَنَّٰتٍ  تَجْرِى  تَحْتَهَا  ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ  خَٰلِدِينَ  فِيهَآ  أَبَدًا  ذَٰلِكَ  ٱلْفَوْزُ  ٱلْعَظِيمُ wa‑l‑sābiqūna l‑awwalūna mina l‑muhājirīna wa‑l‑anṣāri wa‑lladhīna ittabaʿūhum bi‑iḥsānin raḍiya allāhu ʿanhum wa‑raḍū ʿanhu wa‑aʿadda lahum jannātin tajrī taḥtahā l‑anhāru khālidīna fīhā abadan dhālika l‑fawzu l‑ʿaẓīmu
The vanguard (of Islam)- the first of those who forsook (their homes) and of those who gave them aid, and (also) those who follow them in (all) good deeds,- well-pleased is Allah with them, as are they with Him: for them hath He prepared gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: that is the supreme felicity.

Surah 10 Yūnus (Jonah)
(10:7)

إِنَّ  ٱلَّذِينَ  لَا  يَرْجُونَ  لِقَآءَنَا  وَرَضُوا۟  بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ  ٱلدُّنْيَا  وَٱطْمَأَنُّوا۟  بِهَا  وَٱلَّذِينَ  هُمْ  عَنْ  ءَايَٰتِنَا  غَٰفِلُونَ inna lladhīna yarjūna liqāʾanā wa‑raḍū bil‑ḥayawāt l‑dunyā wa‑iṭmaʾannū bihā wa‑lladhīna hum ʿan āyātinā ghāfilūna
Those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, but are pleased and satisfied with the life of the present, and those who heed not Our Signs,-

Surah 20 Ṭā Hā (Ta-Ha)
(20:84)

قَالَ  هُمْ  أُو۟لَآءِ  عَلَىٰٓ  أَثَرِى  وَعَجِلْتُ  إِلَيْكَ  رَبِّ  لِتَرْضَىٰ qalā hum ūlāʾi ʿala atharī wa‑ʿajiltu ilayka rabbi li‑tarḍā
He replied: "Behold, they are close on my footsteps: I hastened to thee, O my Lord, to please thee."
(20:109)

يَوْمَئِذٍ  لَّا  تَنفَعُ  ٱلشَّفَٰعَةُ  إِلَّا  مَنْ  أَذِنَ  لَهُ  ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ  وَرَضِىَ  لَهُۥ  قَوْلًا yawmaʾidhin tanfaʿu l‑shafāʿatu illā man adhina lahu l‑raḥmānu wa‑raḍiya lahu qawlan
On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him.
(20:130)

فَٱصْبِرْ  عَلَىٰ  مَا  يَقُولُونَ  وَسَبِّحْ  بِحَمْدِ  رَبِّكَ  قَبْلَ  طُلُوعِ  ٱلشَّمْسِ  وَقَبْلَ  غُرُوبِهَا  وَمِنْ  ءَانَآئِ  ٱلَّيْلِ  فَسَبِّحْ  وَأَطْرَافَ  ٱلنَّهَارِ  لَعَلَّكَ  تَرْضَىٰ fa‑iṣbir ʿalā yaqūlūna wa‑sabbiḥ bi‑ḥamdi rabbika qabla ṭulūʿi l‑shamsi wa‑qabla ghurūbihā wa‑min ānāʾi l‑layli fa‑sabbiḥ wa‑aṭrāfa l‑nahāri laʿallaka tarḍā
Therefore be patient with what they say, and celebrate (constantly) the praises of thy Lord, before the rising of the sun, and before its setting; yea, celebrate them for part of the hours of the night, and at the sides of the day: that thou mayest have (spiritual) joy.

Surah 21 al-Anbiyāʾ (The Prophets)
(21:28)

He knows what is before them, and what is behind them, and they offer no intercession except for those who are acceptable, and they stand in awe and reverence of His (Glory).

Surah 22 al-Ḥajj (The Pilgrimage)
(22:59)

Verily He will admit them to a place with which they shall be well pleased: for Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.

Surah 24 al-Nūr (The Light)
(24:55)

وَعَدَ  ٱللَّـهُ  ٱلَّذِينَ  ءَامَنُوا۟  مِنكُمْ  وَعَمِلُوا۟  ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ  لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ  فِى  ٱلْأَرْضِ  كَمَا  ٱسْتَخْلَفَ  ٱلَّذِينَ  مِن  قَبْلِهِمْ  وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ  لَهُمْ  دِينَهُمُ  ٱلَّذِى  ٱرْتَضَىٰ  لَهُمْ  وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم  مِّنۢ  بَعْدِ  خَوْفِهِمْ  أَمْنًا  يَعْبُدُونَنِى  لَا  يُشْرِكُونَ  بِى  شَيْـًٔا  وَمَن  كَفَرَ  بَعْدَ  ذَٰلِكَ  فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ  هُمُ  ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ waʿada allāhu lladhīna āmanū minkum wa‑ʿamilū l‑ṣāliḥāti la‑yastakhlifannahum l‑arḍi ka‑mā istakhlafa lladhīna min qablihim wa‑la‑yumakkinanna lahum dīnahumu alladhī irtaḍā lahum wa‑la‑yubaddilannahum min baʿdi khawfihim amnan yaʿbudūnanī yushrikūna shayʾan wa‑man kafara baʿda dhālika fa‑ūlāʾika humu l‑fāsiqūna
Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion - the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: 'They will worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me. 'If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked.

Surah 27 al-Naml (The Ant)
(27:19)

فَتَبَسَّمَ  ضَاحِكًا  مِّن  قَوْلِهَا  وَقَالَ  رَبِّ  أَوْزِعْنِىٓ  أَنْ  أَشْكُرَ  نِعْمَتَكَ  ٱلَّتِىٓ  أَنْعَمْتَ  عَلَىَّ  وَعَلَىٰ  وَٰلِدَىَّ  وَأَنْ  أَعْمَلَ  صَٰلِحًا  تَرْضَىٰهُ  وَأَدْخِلْنِى  بِرَحْمَتِكَ  فِى  عِبَادِكَ  ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ fa‑tabassama ḍāḥikan min qawlihā wa‑qāla rabbi awziʿnī an ashkura niʿmataka allatī anʿamta ʿalayya wa‑ʿalā wālidayya wa‑an aʿmala ṣāliḥan tarḍāhu wa‑adkhilnī bi‑raḥmatika ʿibādika l‑ṣāliḥīna
So he smiled, amused at her speech; and he said: "O my Lord! so order me that I may be grateful for Thy favours, which thou hast bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may work the righteousness that will please Thee: And admit me, by Thy Grace, to the ranks of Thy righteous Servants."

Surah 33 al-Aḥzāb (The Allies)
(33:51)

تُرْجِى  مَن  تَشَآءُ  مِنْهُنَّ  وَتُـْٔوِىٓ  إِلَيْكَ  مَن  تَشَآءُ  وَمَنِ  ٱبْتَغَيْتَ  مِمَّنْ  عَزَلْتَ  فَلَا  جُنَاحَ  عَلَيْكَ  ذَٰلِكَ  أَدْنَىٰٓ  أَن  تَقَرَّ  أَعْيُنُهُنَّ  وَلَا  يَحْزَنَّ  وَيَرْضَيْنَ  بِمَآ  ءَاتَيْتَهُنَّ  كُلُّهُنَّ  وَٱللَّـهُ  يَعْلَمُ  مَا  فِى  قُلُوبِكُمْ  وَكَانَ  ٱللَّـهُ  عَلِيمًا  حَلِيمًا turjī man tashāʾu minhunna wa‑tuʾwī ilayka man tashāʾu wa‑mani ibtaghayta mimman ʿazalta fa‑lā junāḥa ʿalayka dhālika adnā an taqarra aʿyunuhunna wa‑lā yaḥzanna wa‑yarḍayna bimā ātaytahunna kulluhunna wallāhu yaʿlamu qulūbikum wa‑kāna allāhu ʿalīman ḥalīman
Thou mayest defer (the turn of) any of them that thou pleasest, and thou mayest receive any thou pleasest: and there is no blame on thee if thou invite one whose (turn) thou hadst set aside. This were nigher to the cooling of their eyes, the prevention of their grief, and their satisfaction - that of all of them - with that which thou hast to give them: and Allah knows (all) that is in your hearts: and Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.

Surah 39 al-Zumar (The Companies)
(39:7)

إِن  تَكْفُرُوا۟  فَإِنَّ  ٱللَّـهَ  غَنِىٌّ  عَنكُمْ  وَلَا  يَرْضَىٰ  لِعِبَادِهِ  ٱلْكُفْرَ  وَإِن  تَشْكُرُوا۟  يَرْضَهُ  لَكُمْ  وَلَا  تَزِرُ  وَازِرَةٌ  وِزْرَ  أُخْرَىٰ  ثُمَّ  إِلَىٰ  رَبِّكُم  مَّرْجِعُكُمْ  فَيُنَبِّئُكُم  بِمَا  كُنتُمْ  تَعْمَلُونَ  إِنَّهُۥ  عَلِيمٌۢ  بِذَاتِ  ٱلصُّدُورِ in takfurū fa‑inna allāha ghaniyyun ʿankum wa‑lā yarḍā li‑ʿibādihi l‑kufra wa‑in tashkurū yarḍahu la‑kum wa‑lā taziru wāziratun wizra ukhrā thumma ilā rabbikum marjiʿukum fa‑yunabbiʾukum bi‑mā kuntum taʿmalūna innahu ʿalīmun bi‑dhāti l‑ṣudūri
If ye reject (Allah), Truly Allah hath no need of you; but He liketh not ingratitude from His servants: if ye are grateful, He is pleased with you. No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another. In the end, to your Lord is your Return, when He will tell you the truth of all that ye did (in this life). for He knoweth well all that is in (men's) hearts.

Surah 46 al-Aḥqāf (The Sandhills)
(46:15)

We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents: In pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth. The carrying of the (child) to his weaning is (a period of) thirty months. At length, when he reaches the age of full strength and attains forty years, he says, "O my Lord! Grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favour which Thou has bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue. Truly have I turned to Thee and truly do I bow (to Thee) in Islam."

Surah 48 al-Fatḥ (The Victory)
(48:18)

Allah's Good Pleasure was on the Believers when they swore Fealty to thee under the Tree: He knew what was in their hearts, and He sent down Tranquillity to them; and He rewarded them with a speedy Victory;

Surah 53 al-Najm (The Star)
(53:26)

How many-so-ever be the angels in the heavens, their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him.

Surah 58 al-Mujādilah (She Who Pleaded)

Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.

Surah 72 al-Jinn (The Jinn)
(72:27)
