Surah 11 Hūd (Hud)

(11:41)

وَقَالَ  ٱرْكَبُوا۟  فِيهَا  بِسْمِ  ٱللَّـهِ  مَجْر۪ىٰهَا  وَمُرْسَىٰهَآ  إِنَّ  رَبِّى  لَغَفُورٌ  رَّحِيمٌ wa‑qāla arkabū fīhā bi‑ismi allāhi majrāhā wa‑mursahā inna rabbī la‑ghafūrun raḥīmun
So he said: "Embark ye on the Ark, In the name of Allah, whether it move or be at rest! For my Lord is, be sure, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful!"
(11:42)

وَهِىَ  تَجْرِى  بِهِمْ  فِى  مَوْجٍ  كَٱلْجِبَالِ  وَنَادَىٰ  نُوحٌ  ٱبْنَهُۥ  وَكَانَ  فِى  مَعْزِلٍ  يَٰبُنَىَّ  ٱرْكَب  مَّعَنَا  وَلَا  تَكُن  مَّعَ  ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ wahiya tajrī bihim mawjin ka‑l‑jibāli wa‑nādā nūḥun abnahu wa‑kāna maʿzilin yā‑bunayya irkab maʿanā wa‑lā takun maʿa l‑kāfirīna
So the Ark floated with them on the waves (towering) like mountains, and Noah called out to his son, who had separated himself (from the rest): "O my son! embark with us, and be not with the unbelievers!"

Surah 16 al-Naḥl (The Bee)
(16:8)

وَٱلْخَيْلَ  وَٱلْبِغَالَ  وَٱلْحَمِيرَ  لِتَرْكَبُوهَا  وَزِينَةً  وَيَخْلُقُ  مَا  لَا  تَعْلَمُونَ wa‑l‑khayla wa‑l‑bighāla wa‑l‑ḥamīra li‑tarkabūhā wa‑zīnatan wa‑yakhluqu taʿlamūna
And (He has created) horses, mules, and donkeys, for you to ride and use for show; and He has created (other) things of which ye have no knowledge.

Surah 18 al-Kahf (The Cave)
(18:71)

فَٱنطَلَقَا  حَتَّىٰٓ  إِذَا  رَكِبَا  فِى  ٱلسَّفِينَةِ  خَرَقَهَا  قَالَ  أَخَرَقْتَهَا  لِتُغْرِقَ  أَهْلَهَا  لَقَدْ  جِئْتَ  شَيْـًٔا  إِمْرًا fa‑inṭalaqā ḥatta idhā rakibā l‑safīnati kharaqahā qalā akharaqtahā litughriqa ahlahā la‑qad jiʾta shayʾan imran
So they both proceeded: until, when they were in the boat, he scuttled it. Said Moses: "Hast thou scuttled it in order to drown those in it? Truly a strange thing hast thou done!"

Surah 29 al-ʿAnkabūt (The Spider)
(29:65)

فَإِذَا  رَكِبُوا۟  فِى  ٱلْفُلْكِ  دَعَوُا۟  ٱللَّـهَ  مُخْلِصِينَ  لَهُ  ٱلدِّينَ  فَلَمَّا  نَجَّىٰهُمْ  إِلَى  ٱلْبَرِّ  إِذَا  هُمْ  يُشْرِكُونَ fa‑idhā rakibū l‑fulki daʿawu allāha mukhliṣīna lahu l‑dīna fa‑lammā najjahum ilā l‑barri idhā hum yushrikūna
Now, if they embark on a boat, they call on Allah, making their devotion sincerely (and exclusively) to Him; but when He has delivered them safely to (dry) land, behold, they give a share (of their worship to others)!-

Surah 36 Yā Sin (Ya Sin)
(36:42)

وَخَلَقْنَا  لَهُم  مِّن  مِّثْلِهِۦ  مَا  يَرْكَبُونَ wa‑khalaqnā lahum min mithlihi yarkabūna
And We have created for them similar (vessels) on which they ride.

Surah 40 al-Ghāfir (The Forgiving One)
(40:79)

ٱللَّـهُ  ٱلَّذِى  جَعَلَ  لَكُمُ  ٱلْأَنْعَٰمَ  لِتَرْكَبُوا۟  مِنْهَا  وَمِنْهَا  تَأْكُلُونَ allāhu alladhī jaʿala lakumu l‑anʿāma li‑tarkabū minhā wa‑minhā taʾkulūna
It is Allah Who made cattle for you, that ye may use some for riding and some for food;

Surah 43 al-Zukhruf (The Embellishment)
(43:12)

وَٱلَّذِى  خَلَقَ  ٱلْأَزْوَٰجَ  كُلَّهَا  وَجَعَلَ  لَكُم  مِّنَ  ٱلْفُلْكِ  وَٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ  مَا  تَرْكَبُونَ wa‑lladhī khalaqa l‑azwāja kullahā wa‑jaʿala la‑kum mina l‑fulki wa‑l‑anʿāmi tarkabūna
That has created pairs in all things, and has made for you ships and cattle on which ye ride,

Surah 84 al-Inshiqāq (The Rending)
(84:19)

لَتَرْكَبُنَّ  طَبَقًا  عَن  طَبَقٍ la‑tarkabunna ṭabaqan ʿan ṭabaqin
Ye shall surely travel from stage to stage.
