Whenever there cometh down a sura, some of them say: "Which of you has had His faith increased by it?" Yea, those who believe,- their faith is increased and they do rejoice.
(9:125)

But those in whose hearts is a disease,- it will add doubt to their doubt, and they will die in a state of Unbelief.

Surah 13 al-Raʿd (The Thunder)
(13:8)

ٱللَّـهُ  يَعْلَمُ  مَا  تَحْمِلُ  كُلُّ  أُنثَىٰ  وَمَا  تَغِيضُ  ٱلْأَرْحَامُ  وَمَا  تَزْدَادُ  وَكُلُّ  شَىْءٍ  عِندَهُۥ  بِمِقْدَارٍ allāhu yaʿlamu taḥmilu kullu unthā wa‑mā taghīḍu l‑arḥāmu wa‑mā tazdādu wa‑kullu shayʾin ʿindahu bi‑miqdārin
Allah doth know what every female (womb) doth bear, by how much the wombs fall short (of their time or number) or do exceed. Every single thing is before His sight, in (due) proportion.
