Sura al-Anʿām 6:141

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَ جَنَّٰتٍ مَّعْرُوشَٰتٍ وَغَيْرَ مَعْرُوشَٰتٍ وَٱلنَّخْلَ وَٱلزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُۥ وَٱلزَّيْتُونَ وَٱلرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَٰبِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَٰبِهٍ كُلُوا۟ مِن ثَمَرِهِۦٓ إِذَآ أَثْمَرَ وَءَاتُوا۟ حَقَّهُۥ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِۦ وَلَا تُسْرِفُوٓا۟ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ

wa-huwa alladhī anshaa jannātin maʿrūshātin wa-ghayra maʿrūshātin wa-l-nakhla wa-l-zarʿa mukhtalifan ukuluhu wa-l-zaytūna wa-l-rummāna mutashābihan wa-ghayra mutashābihin kulū min thamarihi idhā athmara wa-ātū ḥaqqahu yawma ḥaṣādihi wa-lā tusrifū innahu lā yuḥibbu l-musrifīna

It is He Who produceth gardens, with trellises and without, and dates, and tilth with produce of all kinds, and olives and pomegranates, similar (in kind) and different (in variety): eat of their fruit in their season, but render the dues that are proper on the day that the harvest is gathered. But waste not by excess: for Allah loveth not the wasters.

Sura al-Aʿrāf 7:31

يَٰبَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ خُذُوا۟ زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ وَلَا تُسْرِفُوٓا۟ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ

yā-banī ādama khudhū zīnatakum ʿinda kulli masjidin wa-kulū wa-ishrabū wa-lā tusrifū innahu lā yuḥibbu l-musrifīna

O Children of Adam! wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of prayer: eat and drink: But waste not by excess, for Allah loveth not the wasters.

Sura al-Furqān 25:67

وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا

wa-lladhīna idhā anfaqū lam yusrifū wa-lam yaqturū wa-kāna bayna dhālika qawāman

Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes);

Sura al-Zumar 39:53

قُلْ يَٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّـهِ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

qul yā-ʿibādiya lladhīna asrafū ʿala anfusihim lā taqnaṭū min rraḥmati allāhi inna allāha yaghfiru l-dhunūba jamīʿan innahu huwa l-ghafūru l-raḥīmu

Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
