Sura al-Nisāʾ 4:10

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَٰلَ ٱلْيَتَٰمَىٰ ظُلْمًا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِى بُطُونِهِمْ نَارًا وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيرًا

inna lladhīna yaʾkulūna amwāla l-yatāmā ẓulman innamā yaʾkulūna fī buṭūnihim nāran wa-sa-yaṣlawna saʿīran

Those who unjustly eat up the property of orphans, eat up a Fire into their own bodies: They will soon be enduring a Blazing Fire!

Sura al-Nisāʾ 4:30

وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ عُدْوَٰنًا وَظُلْمًا فَسَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِ نَارًا وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّـهِ يَسِيرًا

wa-man yafʿal dhālika ʿudwānan wa-ẓulman fa-sawfa nuṣlīhi nāran wa-kāna dhālika ʿalā allāhi yasīran

If any do that in rancour and injustice,- soon shall We cast them into the Fire: And easy it is for Allah.

Sura al-Nisāʾ 4:56

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُم بَدَّلْنَٰهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا

inna lladhīna kafarū bi-āyātinā sawfa nuṣlīhim nāran kullamā naḍijat julūduhum baddalnāhum julūdan ghayrahā līadhūqū l-ʿadhāba inna allāha kāna ʿazīzan ḥakīman

Those who reject our Signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.

Sura al-Nisāʾ 4:115

وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ ٱلرَّسُولَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِۦ مَا تَوَلَّىٰ وَنُصْلِهِۦ جَهَنَّمَ وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيرًا

wa-man yushāqiqi l-rasūla min baʿdi mā tabayyana lahu l-hudā wa-yattabiʿ ghayra sabīli l-muʾminīna nuwallihi mā tawalla wa-nuṣlihi jahannama wa-sāʾat maṣīran

If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men of Faith, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him in Hell,- what an evil refuge!

Sura Ibrāhīm 14:29

جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا وَبِئْسَ ٱلْقَرَارُ

jahannama yaṣlawnahā wa-bisa l-qarāru

Into Hell? They will burn therein,- an evil place to stay in!

Sura al-Isrāʾ 17:18

مَّن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ عَجَّلْنَا لَهُۥ فِيهَا مَا نَشَآءُ لِمَن نُّرِيدُ ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا لَهُۥ جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَىٰهَا مَذْمُومًا مَّدْحُورًا

man kāna yurīdu l-ʿājilata ʿajjalnā lahu fīhā mā nashāʾu li-man nnurīdu thumma jaʿalnā lahu jahannama yaṣlāhā madhmūman madḥūran

If any do wish for the transitory things (of this life), We readily grant them - such things as We will, to such person as We will: in the end have We provided Hell for them: they will burn therein, disgraced and rejected.

Sura al-Naml 27:7

إِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِأَهْلِهِۦٓ إِنِّىٓ ءَانَسْتُ نَارًا سَـَٔاتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ ءَاتِيكُم بِشِهَابٍ قَبَسٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ

idh qalā mūsā liahlihi innī ānastu nāran saʾātīkum minhā bi-khabarin aw ātīkum bi-shihābin qabasin la-ʿallakum taṣṭalūna

Behold! Moses said to his family: "I perceive a fire; soon will I bring you from there some information, or I will bring you a burning brand to light our fuel, that ye may warm yourselves.

Sura al-Qaṣaṣ 28:29

فَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ مُوسَى ٱلْأَجَلَ وَسَارَ بِأَهْلِهِۦٓ ءَانَسَ مِن جَانِبِ ٱلطُّورِ نَارًا قَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ ٱمْكُثُوٓا۟ إِنِّىٓ ءَانَسْتُ نَارًا لَّعَلِّىٓ ءَاتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ جَذْوَةٍ مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ

fa-lammā qaḍa mūsā l-ajala wa-sāra biahlihi ānasa min jānibi l-ṭūri nāran qalā li-ahlihi imkuthū innī ānastu nāran laʿallī ātīkum minhā bi-khabarin aw jadhwatin mina l-nāri la-ʿallakum taṣṭalūna

Now when Moses had fulfilled the term, and was travelling with his family, he perceived a fire in the direction of Mount Tur. He said to his family: "Tarry ye; I perceive a fire; I hope to bring you from there some information, or a burning firebrand, that ye may warm yourselves."

Sura Yā Sin 36:64

ٱصْلَوْهَا ٱلْيَوْمَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ

iṣlawhā l-yawma bi-mā kuntum takfurūna

"Embrace ye the (fire) this Day, for that ye (persistently) rejected (Truth)."

Sura Ṣād 38:56

جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا فَبِئْسَ ٱلْمِهَادُ

jahannama yaṣlawnahā fa-bisa l-mihādu

Hell!- they will burn therein, - an evil bed (indeed, to lie on)!-

Sura al-Ṭūr 52:16

ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

iṣlawhā faṣbirū aw lā taṣbirū sawāʾun ʿalaykum innamā tujzawna mā kuntum taʿmalūna

"Burn ye therein: the same is it to you whether ye bear it with patience, or not: Ye but receive the recompense of your (own) deeds."

Sura al-Mujādilah 58:8

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ نُهُوا۟ عَنِ ٱلنَّجْوَىٰ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا نُهُوا۟ عَنْهُ وَيَتَنَٰجَوْنَ بِٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ وَمَعْصِيَتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَإِذَا جَآءُوكَ حَيَّوْكَ بِمَا لَمْ يُحَيِّكَ بِهِ ٱللَّـهُ وَيَقُولُونَ فِىٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَوْلَا يُعَذِّبُنَا ٱللَّـهُ بِمَا نَقُولُ حَسْبُهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ يَصْلَوْنَهَا فَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ

a-lam tara ilā lladhīna nuhū ʿani l-najwā thumma yaʿūdūna li-mā nuhū ʿanhu wa-yatanājawna bi-l-ithmi wa-l-ʿudwāni wa-maʿṣīati l-rasūli wa-idhā jāʾūka ḥayyawka bi-mā lam yuḥayyika bihi allāhu wa-yaqūlūna fī anfusihim lawlā yuʿadhdhibunā allāhu bi-mā naqūlu ḥasbuhum jahannamu yaṣlawnahā fa-bisa l-maṣīru

Turnest thou not thy sight towards those who were forbidden secret counsels yet revert to that which they were forbidden (to do)? And they hold secret counsels among themselves for iniquity and hostility, and disobedience to the Messenger. And when they come to thee, they salute thee, not as Allah salutes thee, (but in crooked ways): And they say to themselves, "Why does not Allah punish us for our words?" Enough for them is Hell: In it will they burn, and evil is that destination!

Sura al-Ḥāqqah 69:31

ثُمَّ ٱلْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ

thumma l-jaḥīma ṣallūhu

"And burn ye him in the Blazing Fire.

Sura al-Muddaththir 74:26

سَأُصْلِيهِ سَقَرَ

sa-uṣlīhi saqara

Soon will I cast him into Hell-Fire!

Sura al-Infiṭār 82:15

يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ

yaṣlawnahā yawma l-dīni

Which they will enter on the Day of Judgment,

Sura al-Inshiqāq 84:12

وَيَصْلَىٰ سَعِيرًا

wa-yaṣlā saʿīran

And he will enter a Blazing Fire.

Sura al-Aʿlā 87:12

ٱلَّذِى يَصْلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ

alladhī yaṣlā l-nāra l-kubrā

Who will enter the Great Fire,

Sura al-Ghāshiyah 88:4

تَصْلَىٰ نَارًا حَامِيَةً

taṣla nāran ḥāmiyatan

The while they enter the Blazing Fire,-

Sura al-Layl 92:15

لَا يَصْلَىٰهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْأَشْقَى

lā yaṣlāhā illā l-ashqā

None shall reach it but those most unfortunate ones

Sura al-Masad 111:3

سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ

sa-yaṣlā nāran dhāta lahabin

Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of Blazing Flame!
