Sura al-Anfāl 8:59

وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ

wa-lā yaḥsabanna lladhīna kafarū sabaqū innahum lā yuʿjizūna

Let not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of the godly): they will never frustrate (them).

Sura al-Jinn 72:12

وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن نُّعْجِزَ ٱللَّـهَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَن نُّعْجِزَهُۥ هَرَبًا

wa-annā ẓanannā an lan nuʿjiza allāha fī l-arḍi wa-lan nuʿjizahu haraban

'But we think that we can by no means frustrate Allah throughout the earth, nor can we frustrate Him by flight.
