Sura Maryam 19:84

فَلَا تَعْجَلْ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَهُمْ عَدًّا

fa-lā taʿjal ʿalayhim innamā naʿuddu lahum ʿaddan

So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days).

Sura Ṣād 38:62

وَقَالُوا۟ مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالًا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ

wa-qālū mā la-nā lā narā rijālan kunnā naʿudduhum mina l-ashrāri

And they will say: "What has happened to us that we see not men whom we used to number among the bad ones?
