Surah 64 al-Taghābun (The Cheating)

(64:6)

ذَٰلِكَ  بِأَنَّهُۥ  كَانَت  تَّأْتِيهِمْ  رُسُلُهُم  بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ  فَقَالُوٓا۟  أَبَشَرٌ  يَهْدُونَنَا  فَكَفَرُوا۟  وَتَوَلَّوا۟  وَّٱسْتَغْنَى  ٱللَّـهُ  وَٱللَّـهُ  غَنِىٌّ  حَمِيدٌ dhālika biannahu kānat taʾtīhim rusuluhum bil‑bayyināti fa‑qālū abasharun yahdūnanā fa‑kafarū wa‑tawallaw wa‑istaghnā allāhu wallāhu ghaniyyun ḥamīdun
That was because there came to them messengers with Clear Signs, but they said: "Shall (mere) human beings direct us?" So they rejected (the Message) and turned away. But Allah can do without (them): and Allah is free of all needs, worthy of all praise.

Surah 80 al-ʿAbasa (He Frowned)
(80:5)

أَمَّا  مَنِ  ٱسْتَغْنَىٰ ammā mani istaghnā
As to one who regards Himself as self-sufficient,

Surah 92 al-Layl (The Night)
(92:8)

وَأَمَّا  مَنۢ  بَخِلَ  وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ wa‑ammā man bakhila wa‑istaghnā
But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient,

Surah 96 al-ʿAlaq (The Clot)
(96:7)

أَن  رَّءَاهُ  ٱسْتَغْنَىٰٓ an rraāhu istaghnā
In that he looketh upon himself as self-sufficient.
