(4:119) | وَلَأُضِلَّنَّهُمْ وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّهُمْ وَلَءَامُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ ءَاذَانَ ٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ وَلَءَامُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ ٱللَّـهِ وَمَن يَتَّخِذِ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ وَلِيًّا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّـهِ فَقَدْ خَسِرَ خُسْرَانًا مُّبِينًا | wa‑la‑uḍillannahum wa‑la‑umanniyannahum wa‑la‑āmurannahum fa‑la‑yubattikunna ādhāna l‑anʿāmi wa‑la‑āmurannahum fa‑la‑yughayyirunna khalqa allāhi wa‑man yattakhidhi l‑shayṭāna waliyyan min dūni allāhi fa‑qad khasira khusrānan mubīnan | "I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires;
I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and to deface the (fair)
nature created by Allah." Whoever, forsaking Allah, takes satan for a friend,
hath of a surety suffered a loss that is manifest.
Sura al-Nisāʾ 4:119 وَلَأُضِلَّنَّهُمْ وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّهُمْ وَلَءَامُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ ءَاذَانَ ٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ وَلَءَامُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ ٱللَّـهِ وَمَن يَتَّخِذِ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ وَلِيًّا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّـهِ فَقَدْ خَسِرَ خُسْرَانًا مُّبِينًا wa-la-uḍillannahum wa-la-umanniyannahum wa-la-āmurannahum fa-la-yubattikunna ādhāna l-anʿāmi wa-la-āmurannahum fa-la-yughayyirunna khalqa allāhi wa-man yattakhidhi l-shayṭāna waliyyan min dūni allāhi fa-qad khasira khusrānan mubīnan "I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires; I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and to deface the (fair) nature created by Allah." (8:53) | ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ لَمْ يَكُ مُغَيِّرًا نِّعْمَةً أَنْعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ | dhālika bi‑anna allāha lam yaku mughayyiran niʿmatan anʿamahā ʿalā qawmin ḥattā yughayyirū mā bi‑anfusihim wa‑anna allāha samīʿun ʿalīmun | "Because Allah will never change the grace which He hath
bestowed on a people until they change what is in their (own) souls: and
verily Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)."
Sura al-Anfāl 8:53 ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ لَمْ يَكُ مُغَيِّرًا نِّعْمَةً أَنْعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ dhālika bi-anna allāha lam yaku mughayyiran niʿmatan anʿamahā ʿalā qawmin ḥattā yughayyirū mā bi-anfusihim wa-anna allāha samīʿun ʿalīmun "Because Allah will never change the grace which He hath bestowed on a people until they change what is in their (own) souls: and verily Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)." |
(13:11) | لَهُۥ مُعَقِّبَٰتٌ مِّنۢ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِۦ يَحْفَظُونَهُۥ مِنْ أَمْرِ ٱللَّـهِ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَإِذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّـهُ بِقَوْمٍ سُوٓءًا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَهُۥ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَالٍ | lahu muʿaqqibātun min bayni yadayhi wa‑min khalfihi yaḥfaẓūnahu min amri allāhi inna allāha lā yughayyiru mā biqawmin ḥattā yughayyirū mā bi‑anfusihim wa‑idhā arāda allāhu biqawmin sūʾan fa‑lā maradda lahu wa‑mā lahum min dūnihi min wālin | For each (such person) there are (angels) in succession,
before and behind him: They guard him by command of Allah. Allah
does not change a people's lot unless they change what is in their
hearts. But when (once) Allah willeth a people's punishment, there
can be no turning it back, nor will they find, besides Him, any to
protect.
Sura al-Raʿd 13:11 لَهُۥ مُعَقِّبَٰتٌ مِّنۢ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِۦ يَحْفَظُونَهُۥ مِنْ أَمْرِ ٱللَّـهِ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَإِذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّـهُ بِقَوْمٍ سُوٓءًا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَهُۥ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَالٍ lahu muʿaqqibātun min bayni yadayhi wa-min khalfihi yaḥfaẓūnahu min amri allāhi inna allāha lā yughayyiru mā biqawmin ḥattā yughayyirū mā bi-anfusihim wa-idhā arāda allāhu biqawmin sūʾan fa-lā maradda lahu wa-mā lahum min dūnihi min wālin For each (such person) there are (angels) in succession, before and behind him: They guard him by command of Allah. (47:15) | مَّثَلُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِى وُعِدَ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ فِيهَآ أَنْهَٰرٌ مِّن مَّآءٍ غَيْرِ ءَاسِنٍ وَأَنْهَٰرٌ مِّن لَّبَنٍ لَّمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ طَعْمُهُۥ وَأَنْهَٰرٌ مِّنْ خَمْرٍ لَّذَّةٍ لِّلشَّٰرِبِينَ وَأَنْهَٰرٌ مِّنْ عَسَلٍ مُّصَفًّى وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ كَمَنْ هُوَ خَٰلِدٌ فِى ٱلنَّارِ وَسُقُوا۟ مَآءً حَمِيمًا فَقَطَّعَ أَمْعَآءَهُمْ | mathalu l‑jannati allatī wuʿida l‑muttaqūna fīhā anhārun min māʾin ghayri āsinin wa‑anhārun min labanin lam yataghayyar ṭaʿmuhu wa‑anhārun min khamrin ladhdhatin lil‑shāribīna wa‑anhārun min ʿasalin muṣaffan wa‑lahum fīhā min kulli l‑thamarāti wa‑maghfiratun min rabbihim kaman huwa khālidun fī l‑nāri wa‑suqū māʾan ḥamīman fa‑qaṭṭaʿa amʿāʾahum | (Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are
promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which
the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and
rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of
fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to
such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling
water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)?
Sura Muḥammad 47:15 مَّثَلُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِى وُعِدَ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ فِيهَآ أَنْهَٰرٌ مِّن مَّآءٍ غَيْرِ ءَاسِنٍ وَأَنْهَٰرٌ مِّن لَّبَنٍ لَّمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ طَعْمُهُۥ وَأَنْهَٰرٌ مِّنْ خَمْرٍ لَّذَّةٍ لِّلشَّٰرِبِينَ وَأَنْهَٰرٌ مِّنْ عَسَلٍ مُّصَفًّى وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ كَمَنْ هُوَ خَٰلِدٌ فِى ٱلنَّارِ وَسُقُوا۟ مَآءً حَمِيمًا فَقَطَّعَ أَمْعَآءَهُمْ mathalu l-jannati allatī wuʿida l-muttaqūna fīhā anhārun min māʾin ghayri āsinin wa-anhārun min labanin lam yataghayyar ṭaʿmuhu wa-anhārun min khamrin ladhdhatin lil-shāribīna wa-anhārun min ʿasalin muṣaffan wa-lahum fīhā min kulli l-thamarāti wa-maghfiratun min rabbihim kaman huwa khālidun fī l-nāri wa-suqū māʾan ḥamīman fa-qaṭṭaʿa amʿāʾahum (Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear.
