Surah 13 al-Raʿd (The Thunder)
RefArabic    TransliterationTranslation
(13:11)

لَهُۥ  مُعَقِّبَٰتٌ  مِّنۢ  بَيْنِ  يَدَيْهِ  وَمِنْ  خَلْفِهِۦ  يَحْفَظُونَهُۥ  مِنْ  أَمْرِ  ٱللَّـهِ  إِنَّ  ٱللَّـهَ  لَا  يُغَيِّرُ  مَا  بِقَوْمٍ  حَتَّىٰ  يُغَيِّرُوا۟  مَا  بِأَنفُسِهِمْ  وَإِذَآ  أَرَادَ  ٱللَّـهُ  بِقَوْمٍ  سُوٓءًا  فَلَا  مَرَدَّ  لَهُۥ  وَمَا  لَهُم  مِّن  دُونِهِۦ  مِن  وَالٍ lahu muʿaqqibātun min bayni yadayhi wa‑min khalfihi yaḥfaẓūnahu min amri allāhi inna allāha yughayyiru biqawmin ḥattā yughayyirū bi‑anfusihim wa‑idhā arāda allāhu biqawmin sūʾan fa‑lā maradda lahu wa‑mā lahum min dūnihi min wālin
For each (such person) there are (angels) in succession, before and behind him: They guard him by command of Allah. Allah does not change a people's lot unless they change what is in their hearts. But when (once) Allah willeth a people's punishment, there can be no turning it back, nor will they find, besides Him, any to protect.

Surah 47 Muḥammad (Muhammad)

(Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)?
