Surah 17 al-Isrāʾ (The Children of Israel)

(17:70)    | وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ وَحَمَلْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَفَضَّلْنَٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًا | wa‑la‑qad karramnā banī ādama wa‑ḥamalnāhum fī l‑barri wa‑l‑baḥri wa‑razaqnāhum mina l‑ṭayyibāti wa‑faḍḍalnāhum ʿalā kathīrin mimman khalaqnā tafḍīlan | We have honoured the sons of Adam; provided them with
transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure;
and conferred on them special favours, above a great part of our creation.

Surah 89 al-Fajr (The Dawn) | (89:17) | كَلَّا بَل لَّا تُكْرِمُونَ ٱلْيَتِيمَ | kallā bal lā tukrimūna l‑yatīma | Nay, nay! but ye honour not the orphans!
