Sura Hūd 11:105

يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لَا تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ فَمِنْهُمْ شَقِىٌّ وَسَعِيدٌ

yawma yaʾti lā takallamu nafsun illā bi-idhnihi faminhum shaqiyyun wa-saʿīdun

The day it arrives, no soul shall speak except by His leave: of those (gathered) some will be wretched and some will be blessed.

Sura al-Nūr 24:16

وَلَوْلَآ إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ قُلْتُم مَّا يَكُونُ لَنَآ أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهَٰذَا سُبْحَٰنَكَ هَٰذَا بُهْتَٰنٌ عَظِيمٌ

wa-lawlā idh samiʿtumūhu qultum mā yakūnu lanā an nnatakallama bi-hādhā subḥānaka hādhā buhtānun ʿaẓīmun

And why did ye not, when ye heard it, say? - "It is not right of us to speak of this: Glory to Allah! this is a most serious slander!"

Sura al-Rūm 30:35

أَمْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَٰنًا فَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يُشْرِكُونَ

am anzalnā ʿalayhim sulṭānan fa-huwa yatakallamu bi-mā kānū bihi yushrikūna

Or have We sent down authority to them, which points out to them the things to which they pay part-worship?

Sura al-Nabaʾ 78:38

يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا

yawma yaqūmu l-rūḥu wa-l-malāʾikatu ṣaffan lā yatakallamūna illā man adhina lahu l-raḥmānu wa-qāla ṣawāban

The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (Allah) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right.
