Sura Maryam 19:29

فَأَشَارَتْ إِلَيْهِ قَالُوا۟ كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِى ٱلْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا

fa-ashārat ilayhi qālū kayfa nukallimu man kāna fī l-mahdi ṣabiyyan

But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?"

Sura al-Muʾminūn 23:108

قَالَ ٱخْسَـُٔوا۟ فِيهَا وَلَا تُكَلِّمُونِ

qalā ikhsaʾū fīhā wa-lā tukallimūni

He will say: "Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me!

Sura al-Nūr 24:16

وَلَوْلَآ إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ قُلْتُم مَّا يَكُونُ لَنَآ أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهَٰذَا سُبْحَٰنَكَ هَٰذَا بُهْتَٰنٌ عَظِيمٌ

wa-lawlā idh samiʿtumūhu qultum mā yakūnu lanā an nnatakallama bi-hādhā subḥānaka hādhā buhtānun ʿaẓīmun

And why did ye not, when ye heard it, say? - "It is not right of us to speak of this: Glory to Allah! this is a most serious slander!"

Sura al-Nabaʾ 78:38

يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا

yawma yaqūmu l-rūḥu wa-l-malāʾikatu ṣaffan lā yatakallamūna illā man adhina lahu l-raḥmānu wa-qāla ṣawāban

The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (Allah) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right.
