Sura al-Tawbah 9:4

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْـًٔا وَلَمْ يُظَٰهِرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدًا فَأَتِمُّوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَىٰ مُدَّتِهِمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

illā lladhīna ʿāhadttum mina l-mushrikīna thumma lam yanquṣūkum shayʾan wa-lam yuẓāhirū ʿalaykum aḥadan fa-atimmū ilayhim ʿahdahum ilā muddatihim inna allāha yuḥibbu l-muttaqīna

(But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for Allah loveth the righteous.

Sura Hūd 11:84

وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا قَالَ يَٰقَوْمِ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّـهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۥ وَلَا تَنقُصُوا۟ ٱلْمِكْيَالَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ إِنِّىٓ أَرَىٰكُم بِخَيْرٍ وَإِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ مُّحِيطٍ

wa-ilā madyana akhāhum shuʿayban qalā yā-qawmi iʿbudū allāha mā la-kum min ilāhin ghayruhu wa-lā tanquṣū l-mikyāla wa-l-mīzāna innī arākum bi-khayrin wainnī akhāfu ʿalaykum ʿadhāba yawmin muḥīṭin

To the Madyan People (We sent) Shu'aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah: Ye have no other god but Him. And give not short measure or weight: I see you in prosperity, but I fear for you the penalty of a day that will compass (you) all round.

Sura al-Faṭīr 35:11

وَٱللَّـهُ خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَكُمْ أَزْوَٰجًا وَمَا تَحْمِلُ مِنْ أُنثَىٰ وَلَا تَضَعُ إِلَّا بِعِلْمِهِۦ وَمَا يُعَمَّرُ مِن مُّعَمَّرٍ وَلَا يُنقَصُ مِنْ عُمُرِهِۦٓ إِلَّا فِى كِتَٰبٍ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّـهِ يَسِيرٌ

wallāhu khalaqakum min turābin thumma min nuṭfatin thumma jaʿalakum azwājan wa-mā taḥmilu min unthā wa-lā taḍaʿu illā biʿilmihi wa-mā yuʿammaru min muʿammarin wa-lā yunqaṣu min ʿumurihi illā fī kitābin inna dhālika ʿalā allāhi yasīrun

And Allah did create you from dust; then from a sperm-drop; then He made you in pairs. And no female conceives, or lays down (her load), but with His knowledge. Nor is a man long-lived granted length of days, nor is a part cut off from his life, but is in a Decree (ordained). All this is easy to Allah.

Sura al-Muzzammil 73:3

نِّصْفَهُۥٓ أَوِ ٱنقُصْ مِنْهُ قَلِيلًا

niṣfahu awi inquṣ minhu qalīlan

Half of it,- or a little less,
