Sura al-Aʿrāf 7:43

وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهِمُ ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ وَقَالُوا۟ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ ٱلَّذِى هَدَىٰنَا لِهَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِىَ لَوْلَآ أَنْ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّـهُ لَقَدْ جَآءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَنُودُوٓا۟ أَن تِلْكُمُ ٱلْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

wanazaʿnā mā fī ṣudūrihim min ghillin tajrī min taḥtihimu l-anhāru wa-qālū l-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī hadanā li-hādhā wa-mā kunnā li-nahtadiya lawlā an hadanā allāhu la-qad jāʾat rusulu rabbinā bil-ḥaqqi wa-nūdū an tilkumu l-jannatu ūrithtumūhā bi-mā kuntum taʿmalūna

And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury;- beneath them will be rivers flowing;- and they shall say: "Praise be to Allah, who hath guided us to this (felicity): never could we have found guidance, had it not been for the guidance of Allah: indeed it was the truth, that the messengers of our Lord brought unto us." And they shall hear the cry: "Behold! the garden before you! Ye have been made its inheritors, for your deeds (of righteousness)."

Sura al-Aʿrāf 7:128

قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِ ٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱللَّـهِ وَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱلْأَرْضَ لِلَّـهِ يُورِثُهَا مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَٱلْعَٰقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

qalā mūsā li-qawmihi astaʿīnū billāhi wa-iṣbirū inna l-arḍa lillāhi yūrithuhā man yashāʾu min ʿibādihi wal-ʿāqibatu lil-muttaqīna

Said Moses to his people: "Pray for help from Allah, and (wait) in patience and constancy: for the earth is Allah's, to give as a heritage to such of His servants as He pleaseth; and the end is (best) for the righteous.

Sura al-Aʿrāf 7:137

وَأَوْرَثْنَا ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَانُوا۟ يُسْتَضْعَفُونَ مَشَٰرِقَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَغَٰرِبَهَا ٱلَّتِى بَٰرَكْنَا فِيهَا وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ عَلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا۟ وَدَمَّرْنَا مَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِرْعَوْنُ وَقَوْمُهُۥ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْرِشُونَ

wa-awrathnā l-qawma lladhīna kānū yustaḍʿafūna mashāriqa l-arḍi wa-maghāribahā allatī bāraknā fīhā wa-tammat kalimatu rabbika l-ḥusnā ʿalā banī isrāʾīla bi-mā ṣabarū wa-dammarnā mā kāna yaṣnaʿu firʿawun wa-qawmuhu wa-mā kānū yaʿrishūna

And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both east and west, - lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected (with such pride).

Sura Maryam 19:63

تِلْكَ ٱلْجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِى نُورِثُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا مَن كَانَ تَقِيًّا

tilka l-jannatu allatī nūrithu min ʿibādinā man kāna taqiyyan

Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil.

Sura al-Shuʿarā 26:59

كَذَٰلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَٰهَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ

ka-dhālika wa-awrathnāhā banī isrāʾīla

Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things.

Sura al-Aḥzāb 33:27

وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَٰرَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُمْ وَأَرْضًا لَّمْ تَطَـُٔوهَا وَكَانَ ٱللَّـهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرًا

wa-awrathakum arḍahum wa-diyārahum wa-amwālahum wa-arḍan lam taṭaʾūhā wa-kāna allāhu ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīran

And He made you heirs of their lands, their houses, and their goods, and of a land which ye had not frequented (before). And Allah has power over all things.

Sura al-Faṭīr 35:32

ثُمَّ أَوْرَثْنَا ٱلْكِتَٰبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱصْطَفَيْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا فَمِنْهُمْ ظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهِۦ وَمِنْهُم مُّقْتَصِدٌ وَمِنْهُمْ سَابِقٌۢ بِٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّـهِ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَضْلُ ٱلْكَبِيرُ

thumma awrathnā l-kitāba lladhīna iṣṭafaynā min ʿibādinā fa-minhum ẓālimun li-nafsihi wa-minhum muqtaṣidun wa-minhum sābiqun bil-khayrāti bi-idhni allāhi dhālika huwa l-faḍlu l-kabīru

Then We have given the Book for inheritance to such of Our Servants as We have chosen: but there are among them some who wrong their own souls; some who follow a middle course; and some who are, by Allah's leave, foremost in good deeds; that is the highest Grace.

Sura al-Zumar 39:74

وَقَالُوا۟ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ ٱلَّذِى صَدَقَنَا وَعْدَهُۥ وَأَوْرَثَنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ نَتَبَوَّأُ مِنَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ حَيْثُ نَشَآءُ فَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ ٱلْعَٰمِلِينَ

wa-qālū l-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī ṣadaqanā waʿdahu wa-awrathanā l-arḍa natabawwau mina l-jannati ḥaythu nashāʾu fa-niʿma ajru l-ʿāmilīna

They will say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has truly fulfilled His Promise to us, and has given us (this) land in heritage: We can dwell in the Garden as we will: how excellent a reward for those who work (righteousness)!"

Sura al-Ghāfir 40:53

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَأَوْرَثْنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ

wa-la-qad ātaynā mūsā l-hudā wa-awrathnā banī isrāʾīla l-kitāba

We did aforetime give Moses the (Book of) Guidance, and We gave the book in inheritance to the Children of Israel,-

Sura al-Shūrā 42:14

وَمَا تَفَرَّقُوٓا۟ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْعِلْمُ بَغْيًۢا بَيْنَهُمْ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى لَّقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أُورِثُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ لَفِى شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ

wa-mā tafarraqū illā min baʿdi mā jāʾahumu l-ʿilmu baghyan baynahum wa-lawlā kalimatun sabaqat min rabbika ila ajalin musamman la-quḍiya baynahum wa-inna lladhīna ūrithū l-kitāba min baʿdihim la-fī shakkin minhu murībin

And they became divided only after Knowledge reached them,- through selfish envy as between themselves. Had it not been for a Word that went forth before from thy Lord, (tending) to a Term appointed, the matter would have been settled between them: But truly those who have inherited the Book after them are in suspicious (disquieting) doubt concerning it.

Sura al-Zukhruf 43:72

وَتِلْكَ ٱلْجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِىٓ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

wa-tilka l-jannatu allatī ūrithtumūhā bi-mā kuntum taʿmalūna

Such will be the Garden of which ye are made heirs for your (good) deeds (in life).

Sura al-Dukhān 44:28

كَذَٰلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَٰهَا قَوْمًا ءَاخَرِينَ

ka-dhālika wa-awrathnāhā qawman ākharīna

Thus (was their end)! And We made other people inherit (those things)!
