Surah 10 Yūnus (Jonah)

(10:100)	وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تُؤْمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّـهِ وَيَجْعَلُ ٱلرِّجْسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ	wa‑mā kāna li‑nafsin an tumina illā bi‑idhni allāhi wa‑yajʿalu l‑rijsa ʿalā lladhīna lā yaʿqilūna	No soul can believe, except by the will of Allah, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand.
