Sura al-Tawbah 9:44

لَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّـهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْأَخِرِ أَن يُجَٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ وَٱللَّـهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

lā yastaʾdhinuka lladhīna yuʾminūna billāhi wa-l-yawmi l-akhiri an yujāhidū bi-amwālihim wa-anfusihim wallāhu ʿalīmun bil-muttaqīna

Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty.
