Sura al-Tawbah 9:30

وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّـهِ وَقَالَتِ ٱلنَّصَٰرَى ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّـهِ ذَٰلِكَ قَوْلُهُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ يُضَٰهِـُٔونَ قَوْلَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ قَٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّـهُ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ

wa-qālati l-yahūdu ʿuzayrun ibnu allāhi wa-qālati al-naṣāra l-masīḥu ibnu allāhi dhālika qawluhum bi-afwāhihim yuḍāhiʾūna qawla lladhīna kafarū min qablu qātalahumu allāhu annā yuʾfakūna

The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!
