Sura al-Tawbah 9:75

وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ عَٰهَدَ ٱللَّـهَ لَئِنْ ءَاتَىٰنَا مِن فَضْلِهِۦ لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ وَلَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

wa-minhum man ʿāhada allāha lain atānā min faḍlihi la-naṣṣaddaqanna wa-la-nakūnanna mina l-ṣāliḥīna

Amongst them are men who made a covenant with Allah, that if He bestowed on them of His bounty, they would give (largely) in charity, and be truly amongst those who are righteous.
