Sura al-Tawbah 9:40

إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ ٱللَّـهُ إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ثَانِىَ ٱثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِى ٱلْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَٰحِبِهِۦ لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ مَعَنَا فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّـهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُۥ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱلسُّفْلَىٰ وَكَلِمَةُ ٱللَّـهِ هِىَ ٱلْعُلْيَا وَٱللَّـهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

illā tanṣurūhu fa-qad naṣarahu allāhu idh akhrajahu lladhīna kafarū thāniya ithnayni idh humā fī l-ghāri idh yaqūlu li-ṣāḥibihi lā taḥzan inna allāha maʿanā fa-anzala allāhu sakīnatahu ʿalayhi wa-ayyadahu bi-junūdin lam tarawhā wa-jaʿala kalimata lladhīna kafarū l-suflā wa-kalimatu allāhi hiya l-ʿulyā wallāhu ʿazīzun ḥakīmun

If ye help not (your leader), (it is no matter): for Allah did indeed help him, when the Unbelievers drove him out: he had no more than one companion; they two were in the cave, and he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us": then Allah sent down His peace upon him, and strengthened him with forces which ye saw not, and humbled to the depths the word of the Unbelievers. But the word of Allah is exalted to the heights: for Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.

Sura al-Naḥl 16:60

لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْأَخِرَةِ مَثَلُ ٱلسَّوْءِ وَلِلَّەِ ٱلْمَثَلُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

li-lladhīna lā yuʾminūna bil-akhirati mathalu l-sawʾi wa-lillahi l-mathalu l-aʿlā wa-huwa l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

To those who believe not in the Hereafter, applies the similitude of evil: to Allah applies the highest similitude: for He is the Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.

Sura Ṭā Hā 20:68

قُلْنَا لَا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ

qulnā lā takhaf innaka anta l-aʿlā

We said: "Fear not! for thou hast indeed the upper hand:

Sura al-Rūm 30:27

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَبْدَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَهُ ٱلْمَثَلُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

wa-huwa alladhī yabdaʾu l-khalqa thumma yuʿīduhu wa-huwa ahwanu ʿalayhi wa-lahu l-mathalu l-aʿlā fī l-samāwāti wa-l-arḍi wa-huwa l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

It is He Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; and for Him it is most easy. To Him belongs the loftiest similitude (we can think of) in the heavens and the earth: for He is Exalted in Might, full of wisdom.

Sura al-Ṣaffāt 37:8

لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ

lā yassammaʿūna ilā l-malāʾi l-aʿlā wa-yuqdhafūna min kulli jānibin

(So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side,

Sura al-Najm 53:7

وَهُوَ بِٱلْأُفُقِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ

wa-huwa bil-ufuqi l-aʿlā

While he was in the highest part of the horizon:

Sura al-Nāziʿāt 79:24

فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ

fa-qāla anā rabbukumu l-aʿlā

Saying, "I am your Lord, Most High".

Sura al-Layl 92:20

إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَآءَ وَجْهِ رَبِّهِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ

illā ibtighāʾa wajhi rabbihi l-aʿlā

But only the desire to seek for the Countenance of their Lord Most High;
