Surah 21 al-Anbiyāʾ (The Prophets)

(21:27)    | لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ | lā yasbiqūnahu bil‑qawli wa‑hum bi‑amrihi yaʿmalūna | They speak not before He speaks, and they act (in all things)
by His Command.
