Surah 8 al-Anfāl (The Spoils of War)

(8:22)    | إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّـهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلْبُكْمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ | inna sharra l‑dawābbi ʿinda allāhi l‑ṣummu l‑bukmu lladhīna lā yaʿqilūna | For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are the deaf and
the dumb,- those who understand not.
