Surah 6 al-Anʿām (The Cattle)

(6:107)	وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّـهُ مَآ أَشْرَكُوا۟ وَمَا جَعَلْنَٰكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ	wa‑law shāʾa allāhu mā ashrakū wa‑mā jaʿalnāka ʿalayhim ḥafīẓan wa‑mā anta ʿalayhim bi‑wakīlin	If it had been Allah's plan, they would not have taken false gods: but We made thee not one to watch over their doings, nor art thou set over them to dispose of their affairs.
