(2:139) | قُلْ أَتُحَآجُّونَنَا فِى ٱللَّـهِ وَهُوَ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ وَلَنَآ أَعْمَٰلُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَٰلُكُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ مُخْلِصُونَ | qul atuḥājjūnanā fī allāhi wa‑huwa rabbunā wa‑rabbukum wa‑lanā aʿmālunā wa‑lakum aʿmālukum wa‑naḥnu lahu mukhliṣūna | Say: Will ye dispute with us about Allah, seeing that He is our
Lord and your Lord; that we are responsible for our doings and ye for
yours; and that We are sincere (in our faith) in Him?
Sura al-Baqara 2:139 قُلْ أَتُحَآجُّونَنَا فِى ٱللَّـهِ وَهُوَ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ وَلَنَآ أَعْمَٰلُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَٰلُكُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ مُخْلِصُونَ qul atuḥājjūnanā fī allāhi wa-huwa rabbunā wa-rabbukum wa-lanā aʿmālunā wa-lakum aʿmālukum wa-naḥnu lahu mukhliṣūna Say: Will ye dispute with us about Allah, seeing that He is our Lord and your Lord; that we are responsible for our doings and ye for yours; and that We are sincere (in our faith) in Him? |
(6:80) | وَحَآجَّهُۥ قَوْمُهُۥ قَالَ أَتُحَٰٓجُّوٓنِّى فِى ٱللَّـهِ وَقَدْ هَدَىٰنِ وَلَآ أَخَافُ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ رَبِّى شَيْـًٔا وَسِعَ رَبِّى كُلَّ شَىْءٍ عِلْمًا أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ | waḥājjahu qawmuhu qalā atuḥājjūnnī fī allāhi wa‑qad hadani wa‑lā akhāfu mā tushrikūna bihi illā an yashāʾa rabbī shayʾan wasiʿa rabbī kulla shayʾin ʿilman a‑fa‑lā tatadhakkarūna | His people disputed with him. He said: "(Come) ye to dispute
with me, about Allah, when He (Himself) hath guided me? I fear not (the
beings) ye associate with Allah: Unless my Lord willeth, (nothing can
happen). My Lord comprehendeth in His knowledge all things. Will ye not
(yourselves) be admonished?
Sura al-Anʿām 6:80 وَحَآجَّهُۥ قَوْمُهُۥ قَالَ أَتُحَٰٓجُّوٓنِّى فِى ٱللَّـهِ وَقَدْ هَدَىٰنِ وَلَآ أَخَافُ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ رَبِّى شَيْـًٔا وَسِعَ رَبِّى كُلَّ شَىْءٍ عِلْمًا أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ waḥājjahu qawmuhu qalā atuḥājjūnnī fī allāhi wa-qad hadani wa-lā akhāfu mā tushrikūna bihi illā an yashāʾa rabbī shayʾan wasiʿa rabbī kulla shayʾin ʿilman a-fa-lā tatadhakkarūna His people disputed with him. He said: "(Come) ye to dispute with me, about Allah, when He (Himself) hath guided me? I fear not (the beings) ye associate with Allah: Unless my Lord willeth, (nothing can happen). My Lord comprehendeth in His knowledge all things. Will ye not (yourselves) be admonished? |
