Sura Āl-ʿImrān 3:20

فَإِنْ حَآجُّوكَ فَقُلْ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِىَ لِلَّـهِ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَنِ وَقُل لِّلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْأُمِّيِّۦنَ ءَأَسْلَمْتُمْ فَإِنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱهْتَدَوا۟ وَّإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْبَلَٰغُ وَٱللَّـهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ

fa-in ḥājjūka fa-qul aslamtu wajhiya lillāhi wa-mani ittabaʿani wa-qul li-lladhīna ūtū l-kitāba wa-l-ummīyina a-aslamtum fa-in aslamū fa-qadi ihtadaw wa-in tawallaw fa-innamā ʿalayka l-balāghu wallāhu baṣīrun bil-ʿibādi

So if they dispute with thee, say: "I have submitted My whole self to Allah and so have those who follow me." And say to the People of the Book and to those who are unlearned: "Do ye (also) submit yourselves?" If they do, they are in right guidance, but if they turn back, Thy duty is to convey the Message; and in Allah's sight are (all) His servants.

Sura al-Māʾidah 5:92

وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّـهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَٱحْذَرُوا۟ فَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

wa-aṭīʿū allāha wa-aṭīʿū l-rasūla wa-aḥdharū fa-in tawallaytum fa-iʿlamū annamā ʿalā rasūlinā l-balāghu l-mubīnu

Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and beware (of evil): if ye do turn back, know ye that it is Our Messenger's duty to proclaim (the message) in the clearest manner.

Sura al-Māʾidah 5:99

مَّا عَلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ وَٱللَّـهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا تَكْتُمُونَ

mā ʿalā l-rasūli illā l-balāghu wallāhu yaʿlamu mā tubdūna wa-mā taktumūna

The Messenger's duty is but to proclaim (the message). But Allah knoweth all that ye reveal and ye conceal.

Sura al-Aʿrāf 7:135

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ ٱلرِّجْزَ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ هُم بَٰلِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمْ يَنكُثُونَ

fa-lammā kashafnā ʿanhumu l-rijza ila ajalin hum bālighūhu idhā hum yankuthūna

But every time We removed the penalty from them according to a fixed term which they had to fulfil,- Behold! they broke their word!

Sura al-Raʿd 13:40

وَإِن مَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى نَعِدُهُمْ أَوْ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْبَلَٰغُ وَعَلَيْنَا ٱلْحِسَابُ

wa-in mā nuriyannaka baʿḍa alladhī naʿiduhum aw natawaffayannaka fa-innamā ʿalayka l-balāghu wa-ʿalaynā l-ḥisābu

Whether We shall show thee (within thy life-time) part of what we promised them or take to ourselves thy soul (before it is all accomplished),- thy duty is to make (the Message) reach them: it is our part to call them to account.

Sura Ibrāhīm 14:52

هَٰذَا بَلَٰغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَلِيَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَٰحِدٌ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ

hādhā balāghun lil-nāsi wa-li-yundharū bihi wa-li-yaʿlamū annamā huwa ilāhun wāḥidun wa-li-yadhdhakkara ūlū l-albābi

Here is a Message for mankind: Let them take warning therefrom, and let them know that He is (no other than) One Allah: let men of understanding take heed.

Sura al-Naḥl 16:7

وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ لَّمْ تَكُونُوا۟ بَٰلِغِيهِ إِلَّا بِشِقِّ ٱلْأَنفُسِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

wa-taḥmilu athqālakum ilā baladin lam takūnū bālighīhi illā bi-shiqqi l-anfusi inna rabbakum la-raʾūfun raḥīmun

And they carry your heavy loads to lands that ye could not (otherwise) reach except with souls distressed: for your Lord is indeed Most Kind, Most Merciful,

Sura al-Naḥl 16:35

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا۟ لَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّـهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِۦ مِن شَىْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلَآ ءَابَآؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِۦ مِن شَىْءٍ كَذَٰلِكَ فَعَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى ٱلرُّسُلِ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

wa-qāla lladhīna ashrakū law shāʾa allāhu mā ʿabadnā min dūnihi min shayʾin nnaḥnu wa-lā ābāʾunā wa-lā ḥarramnā min dūnihi min shayʾin ka-dhālika faʿala lladhīna min qablihim fa-hal ʿalā l-rusuli illā l-balāghu l-mubīnu

The worshippers of false gods say: "If Allah had so willed, we should not have worshipped aught but Him - neither we nor our fathers,- nor should we have prescribed prohibitions other than His." So did those who went before them. But what is the mission of messengers but to preach the Clear Message?

Sura al-Naḥl 16:82

فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

fa-in tawallaw fa-innamā ʿalayka l-balāghu l-mubīnu

But if they turn away, thy duty is only to preach the clear Message.

Sura al-Nūr 24:54

قُلْ أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّـهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَعَلَيْكُم مَّا حُمِّلْتُمْ وَإِن تُطِيعُوهُ تَهْتَدُوا۟ وَمَا عَلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

qul aṭīʿū allāha wa-aṭīʿū l-rasūla fa-in tawallaw fa-innamā ʿalayhi mā ḥummila wa-ʿalaykum mā ḥummiltum wa-in tuṭīʿūhu tahtadū wa-mā ʿalā l-rasūli illā l-balāghu l-mubīnu

Say: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger: but if ye turn away, he is only responsible for the duty placed on him and ye for that placed on you. If ye obey him, ye shall be on right guidance. The Messenger's duty is only to preach the clear (Message).

Sura al-ʿAnkabūt 29:18

وَإِن تُكَذِّبُوا۟ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أُمَمٌ مِّن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمَا عَلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

wa-in tukadhdhibū fa-qad kadhdhaba umamun min qablikum wa-mā ʿalā l-rasūli illā l-balāghu l-mubīnu

"And if ye reject (the Message), so did generations before you: and the duty of the messenger is only to preach publicly (and clearly)."

Sura Yā Sin 36:17

وَمَا عَلَيْنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

wa-mā ʿalaynā illā l-balāghu l-mubīnu

"And our duty is only to proclaim the clear Message."

Sura al-Shūrā 42:48

فَإِنْ أَعْرَضُوا۟ فَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا إِنْ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ وَإِنَّآ إِذَآ أَذَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً فَرِحَ بِهَا وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَإِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ كَفُورٌ

fa-in aʿraḍū fa-mā arsalnāka ʿalayhim ḥafīẓan in ʿalayka illā l-balāghu wa-innā idhā adhaqnā l-insāna minnā raḥmatan fariḥa bihā wa-in tuṣibhum sayyiatun bi-mā qaddamat aydīhim fa-inna l-insāna kafūrun

If then they run away, We have not sent thee as a guard over them. Thy duty is but to convey (the Message). And truly, when We give man a taste of a Mercy from Ourselves, he doth exult thereat, but when some ill happens to him, on account of the deeds which his hands have sent forth, truly then is man ungrateful!

Sura al-Aḥqāf 46:35

فَٱصْبِرْ كَمَا صَبَرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْعَزْمِ مِنَ ٱلرُّسُلِ وَلَا تَسْتَعْجِل لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ مَا يُوعَدُونَ لَمْ يَلْبَثُوٓا۟ إِلَّا سَاعَةً مِّن نَّهَارٍۭ بَلَٰغٌ فَهَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلَّا ٱلْقَوْمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ

fa-iṣbir ka-mā ṣabara ūlū l-ʿazmi mina l-rusuli wa-lā tastaʿjil lahum ka-annahum yawma yarawna mā yūʿadūna lam yalbathū illā sāʿatan min nahārin balāghun fa-hal yuhlaku illā l-qawmu l-fāsiqūna

Therefore patiently persevere, as did (all) messengers of inflexible purpose; and be in no haste about the (Unbelievers). On the Day that they see the (Punishment) promised them, (it will be) as if they had not tarried more than an hour in a single day. (Thine but) to proclaim the Message: but shall any be destroyed except those who transgress?

Sura al-Najm 53:30

ذَٰلِكَ مَبْلَغُهُم مِّنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنِ ٱهْتَدَىٰ

dhālika mablaghuhum mina l-ʿilmi inna rabbaka huwa aʿlamu biman ḍalla ʿan sabīlihi wa-huwa aʿlamu bimani ihtadā

That is as far as knowledge will reach them. Verily thy Lord knoweth best those who stray from His Path, and He knoweth best those who receive guidance.

Sura al-Qamar 54:5

حِكْمَةٌۢ بَٰلِغَةٌ فَمَا تُغْنِ ٱلنُّذُرُ

ḥikmatun bālighatun fa-mā tughni l-nudhuru

Mature wisdom;- but (the preaching of) Warners profits them not.

Sura al-Taghābun 64:12

وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّـهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

wa-aṭīʿū allāha wa-aṭīʿū l-rasūla fa-in tawallaytum fa-innamā ʿalā rasūlinā l-balāghu l-mubīnu

So obey Allah, and obey His Messenger: but if ye turn back, the duty of Our Messenger is but to proclaim (the Message) clearly and openly.

Sura al-Ṭalāq 65:3

وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّـهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ بَٰلِغُ أَمْرِهِۦ قَدْ جَعَلَ ٱللَّـهُ لِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدْرًا

wa-yarzuqhu min ḥaythu lā yaḥtasibu wa-man yatawakkal ʿalā allāhi fa-huwa ḥasbuhu inna allāha bālighu amrihi qad jaʿala allāhu li-kulli shayʾin qadran

And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion.
