Sura al-Furqān 25:18

قَالُوا۟ سُبْحَٰنَكَ مَا كَانَ يَنۢبَغِى لَنَآ أَن نَّتَّخِذَ مِن دُونِكَ مِنْ أَوْلِيَآءَ وَلَٰكِن مَّتَّعْتَهُمْ وَءَابَآءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ نَسُوا۟ ٱلذِّكْرَ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًۢا بُورًا

qālū subḥānaka mā kāna yanbaghī lanā an nnattakhidha min dūnika min awliyāʾa wa-lākin mattaʿtahum wa-ābāahum ḥattā nasū l-dhikrā wa-kānū qawman būran

They will say: "Glory to Thee! not meet was it for us that we should take for protectors others besides Thee: But Thou didst bestow, on them and their fathers, good things (in life), until they forgot the Message: for they were a people (worthless and) lost."

Sura al-Furqān 25:29

لَّقَدْ أَضَلَّنِى عَنِ ٱلذِّكْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ جَآءَنِى وَكَانَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ لِلْإِنسَٰنِ خَذُولًا

llaqad aḍallanī ʿani l-dhikri baʿda idh jāʾanī wa-kāna l-shayṭānu lil-insāni khadhūlan

"He did lead me astray from the Message (of Allah) after it had come to me! Ah! the Evil One is but a traitor to man!"

Sura al-Furqān 25:50

وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَٰهُ بَيْنَهُمْ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا۟ فَأَبَىٰٓ أَكْثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًا

wa-la-qad ṣarrafnāhu baynahum li-yadhdhakkarū fa-abā aktharu l-nāsi illā kufūran

And We have distributed the (water) amongst them, in order that they may celebrate (our) praises, but most men are averse (to aught) but (rank) ingratitude.

Sura al-Furqān 25:62

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةً لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًا

wa-huwa alladhī jaʿala l-layla wa-l-nahāra khilfatan li-man arāda an yadhdhakkara aw arāda shukūran

And it is He Who made the Night and the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude.

Sura al-Furqān 25:73

وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا۟ عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا

wa-lladhīna idhā dhukkirū bi-āyāti rabbihim lam yakhirrū ʿalayhā ṣumman wa-ʿumyānan

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind;
