Sura Fuṣṣilat 41:11

ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَهِىَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ٱئْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَآ أَتَيْنَا طَآئِعِينَ

thumma istawā ilā l-samāʾi wahiya dukhānun fa-qāla lahā wa-lil-arḍi iʾtiyā ṭawʿan aw karhan qālatā ataynā ṭāʾiʿīna

Moreover He comprehended in His design the sky, and it had been (as) smoke: He said to it and to the earth: "Come ye together, willingly or unwillingly." They said: "We do come (together), in willing obedience."

Sura al-Dukhān 44:10

فَٱرْتَقِبْ يَوْمَ تَأْتِى ٱلسَّمَآءُ بِدُخَانٍ مُّبِينٍ

fa-irtaqib yawma tatī l-samāʾu bi-dukhānin mubīnin

Then watch thou for the Day that the sky will bring forth a kind of smoke (or mist) plainly visible,
