Sura Yūsuf 12:10

قَالَ قَآئِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ لَا تَقْتُلُوا۟ يُوسُفَ وَأَلْقُوهُ فِى غَيَٰبَتِ ٱلْجُبِّ يَلْتَقِطْهُ بَعْضُ ٱلسَّيَّارَةِ إِن كُنتُمْ فَٰعِلِينَ

qalā qāʾilun minhum lā taqtulū yūsufa wa-alqūhu fī ghayābati l-jubbi yaltaqiṭhu baʿḍu l-sayyārati in kuntum fāʿilīna

Said one of them: "Slay not Joseph, but if ye must do something, throw him down to the bottom of the well: he will be picked up by some caravan of travellers."

Sura Yūsuf 12:32

قَالَتْ فَذَٰلِكُنَّ ٱلَّذِى لُمْتُنَّنِى فِيهِ وَلَقَدْ رَٰوَدتُّهُۥ عَن نَّفْسِهِۦ فَٱسْتَعْصَمَ وَلَئِن لَّمْ يَفْعَلْ مَآ ءَامُرُهُۥ لَيُسْجَنَنَّ وَلَيَكُونًا مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰغِرِينَ

qālat fa-dhālikunna alladhī lumtunnanī fīhi wa-la-qad rāwadttuhu ʿan nafsihi fa-istaʿṣama wa-laʾin lam yafʿal mā āmuruhu la-yusjananna wa-la-yakūnan mina l-ṣāghirīna

She said: "There before you is the man about whom ye did blame me! I did seek to seduce him from his (true) self but he did firmly save himself guiltless!....and now, if he doth not my bidding, he shall certainly be cast into prison, and (what is more) be of the company of the vilest!"

Sura Yūsuf 12:61

قَالُوا۟ سَنُرَٰوِدُ عَنْهُ أَبَاهُ وَإِنَّا لَفَٰعِلُونَ

qālū sanurāwidu ʿanhu abāhu wa-innā la-fāʿilūna

They said: "We shall certainly seek to get our wish about him from his father: Indeed we shall do it."

Sura Yūsuf 12:89

قَالَ هَلْ عَلِمْتُم مَّا فَعَلْتُم بِيُوسُفَ وَأَخِيهِ إِذْ أَنتُمْ جَٰهِلُونَ

qalā hal ʿalimtum mā faʿaltum bi-yūsufa wa-akhīhi idh antum jāhilūna

He said: "Know ye how ye dealt with Joseph and his brother, not knowing (what ye were doing)?"
