Surah 63 al-Munāfiqūn (The Hypocrites)

(63:6)	سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَسْتَغْفَرْتَ لَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ لَن يَغْفِرَ ٱللَّـهُ لَهُمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ	sawāʾun ʿalayhim a‑staghfarta lahum am lam tastaghfir lahum lan yaghfira allāhu lahum inna allāha lā yahdī l‑qawma l‑fāsiqīna	It is equal to them whether thou pray for their forgiveness or not. Allah will not forgive them. Truly Allah guides not rebellious transgressors.
