Surah 14 Ibrāhīm (Abraham)

مُهْطِعِينَ  مُقْنِعِى  رُءُوسِهِمْ  لَا  يَرْتَدُّ  إِلَيْهِمْ  طَرْفُهُمْ  وَأَفْـِٔدَتُهُمْ  هَوَآءٌ muhṭiʿīna muqniʿī ruʾūsihim yartaddu ilayhim ṭarfuhum wa‑afʾidatuhum hawāʾun
They running forward with necks outstretched, their heads uplifted, their gaze returning not towards them, and their hearts a (gaping) void!

Surah 54 al-Qamar (The Moon)
(54:8)

مُّهْطِعِينَ  إِلَى  ٱلدَّاعِ  يَقُولُ  ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ  هَٰذَا  يَوْمٌ  عَسِرٌ muhṭiʿīna ilā l‑dāʿi yaqūlu l‑kāfirūna hādhā yawmun ʿasirun
Hastening, with eyes transfixed, towards the Caller!- "Hard is this Day!", the Unbelievers will say.

Surah 70 al-Maʿārij (The Ladders)
(70:36)

فَمَالِ  ٱلَّذِينَ  كَفَرُوا۟  قِبَلَكَ  مُهْطِعِينَ fa‑māli lladhīna kafarū qibalaka muhṭiʿīna
Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee-
