(12:15) | فَلَمَّا ذَهَبُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَأَجْمَعُوٓا۟ أَن يَجْعَلُوهُ فِى غَيَٰبَتِ ٱلْجُبِّ وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِ لَتُنَبِّئَنَّهُم بِأَمْرِهِمْ هَٰذَا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | fa‑lammā dhahabū bihi wa‑ajmaʿū an yajʿalūhu fī ghayābati l‑jubbi wa‑awḥaynā ilayhi la‑tunabbiʾannahum bi‑amrihim hādhā wa‑hum lā yashʿurūna | So they did take him away, and they all agreed to throw him
down to the bottom of the well: and We put into his heart (this Message):
'Of a surety thou shalt (one day) tell them the truth of this their affair
while they know (thee) not'
Sura Yūsuf 12:15 فَلَمَّا ذَهَبُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَأَجْمَعُوٓا۟ أَن يَجْعَلُوهُ فِى غَيَٰبَتِ ٱلْجُبِّ وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِ لَتُنَبِّئَنَّهُم بِأَمْرِهِمْ هَٰذَا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ fa-lammā dhahabū bihi wa-ajmaʿū an yajʿalūhu fī ghayābati l-jubbi wa-awḥaynā ilayhi la-tunabbiʾannahum bi-amrihim hādhā wa-hum lā yashʿurūna So they did take him away, and they all agreed to throw him down to the bottom of the well: and We put into his heart (this Message): 'Of a surety thou shalt (one day) tell them the truth of this their affair while they know (thee) not' |
(12:55) | قَالَ ٱجْعَلْنِى عَلَىٰ خَزَآئِنِ ٱلْأَرْضِ إِنِّى حَفِيظٌ عَلِيمٌ | qalā ajʿalnī ʿalā khazāʾini l‑arḍi innī ḥafīẓun ʿalīmun | (Joseph) said: "Set me over the store-houses of the land: I
will indeed guard them, as one that knows (their importance)."
Sura Yūsuf 12:55 قَالَ ٱجْعَلْنِى عَلَىٰ خَزَآئِنِ ٱلْأَرْضِ إِنِّى حَفِيظٌ عَلِيمٌ qalā ajʿalnī ʿalā khazāʾini l-arḍi innī ḥafīẓun ʿalīmun (Joseph) said: "Set me over the store-houses of the land: I will indeed guard them, as one that knows (their importance)." |
(12:62) | وَقَالَ لِفِتْيَٰنِهِ ٱجْعَلُوا۟ بِضَٰعَتَهُمْ فِى رِحَالِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَعْرِفُونَهَآ إِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ | wa‑qāla li‑fityānihi ajʿalū biḍāʿatahum fī riḥālihim la‑ʿallahum yaʿrifūnahā idhā inqalabū ila ahlihim la‑ʿallahum yarjiʿūna | And (Joseph) told his servants to put their stock-in-trade
(with which they had bartered) into their saddle-bags, so they should know
it only when they returned to their people, in order that they might come
back.
Sura Yūsuf 12:62 وَقَالَ لِفِتْيَٰنِهِ ٱجْعَلُوا۟ بِضَٰعَتَهُمْ فِى رِحَالِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَعْرِفُونَهَآ إِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ wa-qāla li-fityānihi ajʿalū biḍāʿatahum fī riḥālihim la-ʿallahum yaʿrifūnahā idhā inqalabū ila ahlihim la-ʿallahum yarjiʿūna And (Joseph) told his servants to put their stock-in-trade (with which they had bartered) into their saddle-bags, so they should know it only when they returned to their people, in order that they might come back. |
(12:70) | فَلَمَّا جَهَّزَهُم بِجَهَازِهِمْ جَعَلَ ٱلسِّقَايَةَ فِى رَحْلِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ أَيَّتُهَا ٱلْعِيرُ إِنَّكُمْ لَسَٰرِقُونَ | fa‑lammā jahhazahum bi‑jahāzihim jaʿala l‑siqāyata fī raḥli akhīhi thumma adhdhana muʾadhdhinun ayyatuhā l‑ʿīru innakum lasāriqūna | At length when he had furnished them forth with provisions
(suitable) for them, he put the drinking cup into his brother's saddle-bag.
Then shouted out a crier: "O ye (in) the caravan! behold! ye are thieves,
without doubt!"
Sura Yūsuf 12:70 فَلَمَّا جَهَّزَهُم بِجَهَازِهِمْ جَعَلَ ٱلسِّقَايَةَ فِى رَحْلِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ أَيَّتُهَا ٱلْعِيرُ إِنَّكُمْ لَسَٰرِقُونَ fa-lammā jahhazahum bi-jahāzihim jaʿala l-siqāyata fī raḥli akhīhi thumma adhdhana muʾadhdhinun ayyatuhā l-ʿīru innakum lasāriqūna At length when he had furnished them forth with provisions (suitable) for them, he put the drinking cup into his brother's saddle-bag. Then shouted out a crier: "O ye (in) the caravan! behold! ye are thieves, without doubt!" |
(12:100) | وَرَفَعَ أَبَوَيْهِ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ وَخَرُّوا۟ لَهُۥ سُجَّدًا وَقَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ هَٰذَا تَأْوِيلُ رُءْيَٰىَ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَعَلَهَا رَبِّى حَقًّا وَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ بِىٓ إِذْ أَخْرَجَنِى مِنَ ٱلسِّجْنِ وَجَآءَ بِكُم مِّنَ ٱلْبَدْوِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ أَن نَّزَغَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَتِىٓ إِنَّ رَبِّى لَطِيفٌ لِّمَا يَشَآءُ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ | wa‑rafaʿa abawayhi ʿalā l‑ʿarshi wa‑kharrū lahu sujjadan wa‑qāla yā‑abati hādhā taʾwīlu ruʾyāya min qablu qad jaʿalahā rabbī ḥaqqan wa‑qad aḥsana bī idh akhrajanī mina l‑sijni wa‑jāʾa bikum mina l‑badwi min baʿdi an nnazagha l‑shayṭānu baynī wa‑bayna ikhwatī inna rabbī laṭīfun li‑mā yashāʾu innahu huwa l‑ʿalīmu l‑ḥakīmu | And he raised his parents high on the throne (of dignity), and
they fell down in prostration, (all) before him. He said: "O my father!
this is the fulfilment of my vision of old! Allah hath made it come true! He
was indeed good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you (all
here) out of the desert, (even) after Satan had sown enmity between me and
my brothers. Verily my Lord understandeth best the mysteries of all that He
planneth to do, for verily He is full of knowledge and wisdom.
Sura Yūsuf 12:100 وَرَفَعَ أَبَوَيْهِ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ وَخَرُّوا۟ لَهُۥ سُجَّدًا وَقَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ هَٰذَا تَأْوِيلُ رُءْيَٰىَ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَعَلَهَا رَبِّى حَقًّا وَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ بِىٓ إِذْ أَخْرَجَنِى مِنَ ٱلسِّجْنِ وَجَآءَ بِكُم مِّنَ ٱلْبَدْوِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ أَن نَّزَغَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَتِىٓ إِنَّ رَبِّى لَطِيفٌ لِّمَا يَشَآءُ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ wa-rafaʿa abawayhi ʿalā l-ʿarshi wa-kharrū lahu sujjadan wa-qāla yā-abati hādhā taʾwīlu ruʾyāya min qablu qad jaʿalahā rabbī ḥaqqan wa-qad aḥsana bī idh akhrajanī mina l-sijni wa-jāʾa bikum mina l-badwi min baʿdi an nnazagha l-shayṭānu baynī wa-bayna ikhwatī inna rabbī laṭīfun li-mā yashāʾu innahu huwa l-ʿalīmu l-ḥakīmu And he raised his parents high on the throne (of dignity), and they fell down in prostration, (all) before him.
