Surah 18 al-Kahf (The Cave)

(18:54)    | وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فِى هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ لِلنَّاسِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ أَكْثَرَ شَىْءٍ جَدَلًا | wa‑la‑qad ṣarrafnā fī hādhā l‑qurʾāni lil‑nāsi min kulli mathalin wa‑kāna l‑insānu akthara shayʾin jadalan | We have explained in detail in this Qur'an, for the benefit of
mankind, every kind of similitude: but man is, in most things,
contentious.
