Sura al-Kahf 18:56

وَمَا نُرْسِلُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَيُجَٰدِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ لِيُدْحِضُوا۟ بِهِ ٱلْحَقَّ وَٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ ءَايَٰتِى وَمَآ أُنذِرُوا۟ هُزُوًا

wa-mā nursilu l-mursalīna illā mubashshirīna wa-mundhirīna wa-yujādilu lladhīna kafarū bil-bāṭili li-yudḥiḍū bihi l-ḥaqqa wa-attakhadhū āyātī wa-mā undhirū huzuwan

We only send the messengers to give Glad Tidings and to give warnings: But the unbelievers dispute with vain argument, in order therewith to weaken the truth, and they treat My Signs as a jest, as also the fact that they are warned!
