Sura al-Naḥl 16:38

وَأَقْسَمُوا۟ بِٱللَّـهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَٰنِهِمْ لَا يَبْعَثُ ٱللَّـهُ مَن يَمُوتُ بَلَىٰ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

wa-aqsamū billāhi jahda aymānihim lā yabʿathu allāhu man yamūtu balā waʿdan ʿalayhi ḥaqqan wa-lākinna akthara l-nāsi lā yaʿlamūna

They swear their strongest oaths by Allah, that Allah will not raise up those who die: Nay, but it is a promise (binding) on Him in truth: but most among mankind realise it not.
