(12:18) | وَجَآءُو عَلَىٰ قَمِيصِهِۦ بِدَمٍ كَذِبٍ قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ وَٱللَّـهُ ٱلْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ | wa‑jāʾū ʿalā qamīṣihi bidamin kadhibin qalā bal sawwalat la‑kum anfusukum amran faṣabrun jamīlun wallāhu l‑mustaʿānu ʿalā mā taṣifūna | They stained his shirt with false blood. He said: "Nay, but
your minds have made up a tale (that may pass) with you, (for me) patience
is most fitting: Against that which ye assert, it is Allah (alone) Whose help
can be sought"..
Sura Yūsuf 12:18 وَجَآءُو عَلَىٰ قَمِيصِهِۦ بِدَمٍ كَذِبٍ قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ وَٱللَّـهُ ٱلْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ wa-jāʾū ʿalā qamīṣihi bidamin kadhibin qalā bal sawwalat la-kum anfusukum amran faṣabrun jamīlun wallāhu l-mustaʿānu ʿalā mā taṣifūna They stained his shirt with false blood. He said: "Nay, but your minds have made up a tale (that may pass) with you, (for me) patience is most fitting: Against that which ye assert, it is Allah (alone) Whose help can be sought".. |
(12:83) | قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ عَسَى ٱللَّـهُ أَن يَأْتِيَنِى بِهِمْ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ | qalā bal sawwalat la‑kum anfusukum amran faṣabrun jamīlun ʿasā allāhu an yaʾtiyanī bihim jamīʿan innahu huwa l‑ʿalīmu l‑ḥakīmu | Jacob said: "Nay, but ye have yourselves contrived a story
(good enough) for you. So patience is most fitting (for me). Maybe Allah will
bring them (back) all to me (in the end). For He is indeed full of
knowledge and wisdom."
Sura Yūsuf 12:83 قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ عَسَى ٱللَّـهُ أَن يَأْتِيَنِى بِهِمْ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ qalā bal sawwalat la-kum anfusukum amran faṣabrun jamīlun ʿasā allāhu an yaʾtiyanī bihim jamīʿan innahu huwa l-ʿalīmu l-ḥakīmu Jacob said: "Nay, but ye have yourselves contrived a story (good enough) for you. So patience is most fitting (for me). Maybe Allah will bring them (back) all to me (in the end). For He is indeed full of knowledge and wisdom." |
