Sura Luqmān 31:2

تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

tilka āyātu l-kitābi l-ḥakīmi

These are Verses of the Wise Book,-

Sura Luqmān 31:20

أَلَمْ تَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَأَسْبَغَ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعَمَهُۥ ظَٰهِرَةً وَبَاطِنَةً وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُجَٰدِلُ فِى ٱللَّـهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَٰبٍ مُّنِيرٍ

a-lam taraw annā allāha sakhkhara la-kum mā fī l-samāwāti wa-mā fī l-arḍi wa-asbagha ʿalaykum niʿamahu ẓāhiratan wa-bāṭinatan wa-mina l-nāsi man yujādilu fī allāhi bi-ghayri ʿilmin wa-lā hudan wa-lā kitābin munīrin

Do ye not see that Allah has subjected to your (use) all things in the heavens and on earth, and has made his bounties flow to you in exceeding measure, (both) seen and unseen? Yet there are among men those who dispute about Allah, without knowledge and without guidance, and without a Book to enlighten them!
