Sura al-Naḥl 16:7

وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ لَّمْ تَكُونُوا۟ بَٰلِغِيهِ إِلَّا بِشِقِّ ٱلْأَنفُسِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

wa-taḥmilu athqālakum ilā baladin lam takūnū bālighīhi illā bi-shiqqi l-anfusi inna rabbakum la-raʾūfun raḥīmun

And they carry your heavy loads to lands that ye could not (otherwise) reach except with souls distressed: for your Lord is indeed Most Kind, Most Merciful,
