Surah 17 al-Isrāʾ (The Children of Israel)

(17:49)    | وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًا وَرُفَٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا | wa‑qālū a‑idhā kunnā ʿiẓāman wa‑rufātan a‑innā la‑mabʿūthūna khalqan jadīdan | They say: "What! when we are reduced to bones and dust, should
we really be raised up (to be) a new creation?"
Sura al-Isrāʾ 17:49 وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًا وَرُفَٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا wa-qālū a-idhā kunnā ʿiẓāman wa-rufātan a-innā la-mabʿūthūna khalqan jadīdan They say: "What! when we are reduced to bones and dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new creation?" |
